1. Combine tea and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. 2. Remove from heat, cover, and let steep for two hours. 3. Strain into a second pot, add sparkling water, sugar, and molasses, whisk until sugar and molasses is dissolved.

4. Chill and serve.

Ice Cream

1. Scale the ingredients. 2. Combine all ingredients in a pot. 3. Heat Mixture to 180 degrees. 4. Cool.

6. Freeze in an ice cream machine.

7. Hold in freezer. Amounts Ingredients 9 oz Root Beer Tea 7 qts Water 7 qts Sparkling Water 5 ¼ c Brown Sugar 1 ¾ c Molasses

Amounts Ingredients 200 oz Heavy Cream 400 oz Whole Milk 3.24 oz Vanilla Extract 200 oz Sugar
