JADE ACADEMY The concept The Train the Trainers event gives Junior Entrepreneurs the chance to develop new heights and to prepare themselves to deliver high quality trainings in multicultural environment. The program includes a training week delivered by experienced trainers. At the end of the program, the new trainers become part of the JADE Academy Team. The JADE Academy’s participants keep in touch with each other all over the year in order to: > Exchange best practices; > Deliver trainings to Junior Enterprises; > Help to implement national Academies for Confederations; > Share training opportunities.

Train the Trainers 2018 \ Portugal Being a trainer is a challenge that lasts much more than a week and leads us to different situations to face. During TtT program week we get in touch with a kind of learning based on the continuous improvement that gives us the opportunity to fail and get better every time we prepare or deliver a training. A week that changes the way we understand others and how we transmit them knowledge in the most varied topics we can think about. It’s by preparing a training, answer participants’ questions, receiving their feedback, that we also develop most of the skills we want to empower. Besides this, the program is also an opportunity to know better JADE ExBo, #JADELife and other Junior Entrepreneurs from Europe, so expect great moments of networking and fun! For me, it was a game changing experience that made me feel much more connected with our purpose as a Network and I’m really happy that I left that week for life to surprise me. What are you waiting for to give even more to our network?

What to expect from the JADE Trainers Program!

The Train the Trainers Program The Train the Trainers program is a one-week training programme thought for those Junior Entrepreneurs who want to become trainers both for JADE Academy and their Confederation. During the event, they will be involved in activities in order to help them achieving the following goals: > Be able to assess the needs of their target for the trainings > Be able to design a training according to needs and environmental limits > Be able to deliver trainings both face to face and online

Who can participate in the TtT19? > Junior Entrepreneurs > Up to 15 participants > Maximum 2 participants from each country (unless there are some free spots when the call is over) > Available between the 11 th and 18 th August > Participants will be selected according to the time criteria (if we have more then 15 applicants, the ones who applied first will be chosen) > No previous knowledge about trainings needed, but don’t forget to bring your willingness to learn and to get your hands dirty!

During the TtT program, I’ve experienced a mind-changing week on how people are more prone to learn while enjoying doing so. Not only were the team of trainers professional and extremely prepared, but they have also been life coaches and friends in the first place. Beyond its main goal, the program made me create strong and tight friendships among the group of participants: being part of the JADE’s pool of Trainers makes me feel part of an impactful international family. I’d say it has been the most challenging and valuable way I could spend my August holidays.
