The municipality of Podstrana belongs to the Split-Dalmatia County and is located along the southeastern side of the city of Split, about 7 km from the historic city center, at the foot of the coastal ridge of the Mosor mountain massif. The coastal part of Podstrana stretches 6 km longitudinally, with a series of indented pebble bays and beaches.

The city of Split is only fifteen minutes away from Podstrana and is on the UNESCO World Heritage list. It has developed into one of the favorite Mediterranean tourist destinations with a rich cultural and historical heritage, numerous tourist attractions and natural beauties.

In the vicinity of Podstrana there are also cities such as Omiš or Trogir, while some of the most beautiful Adriatic islands such as Brač, Hvar and Vis are connected by ferry lines. Split airport is 29 km away, the ferry port is 9.5 km away, and the main shopping centers are between 6 and 7 km away.

Villa Nala, built in 2010, is located in an extremely quiet location, near the sea. Beautiful and large terraces, or loggias of all apartments are oriented to the west, from where a fantastic view of the Adriatic Sea opens up on a stunning sunset.

The 5* Le Meridien Lav hotel with its beautiful beaches, marina, top restaurants and beach bars, tennis courts, fitness center, mini golf and much more is within walking distance from the residence.

Makarska

The apartments are divided by floor: apartments S1 and S2 are located in the basement, apartments S3 and S4 are on the ground floor, apartments S5 and S6 are on the first floor, and apartment S7 is on the top of the building, that is, on the second floor. Apartment S8 is located on the -1st floor, where it extends to a large garden and yard with a large pool.
