Villa Nala, built in 2010, is located in an extremely quiet location, near the sea. Beautiful and large terraces, or loggias of all apartments are oriented to the west, from where a fantastic view of the Adriatic Sea opens up on a stunning sunset.

The 5* Le Meridien Lav hotel with its beautiful beaches, marina, top restaurants and beach bars, tennis courts, fitness center, mini golf and much more is within walking distance from the residence.

The apartments are divided by floor: apartments S1 and S2 are located in the basement, apartments S3 and S4 are on the ground floor, apartments S5 and S6 are on the first floor, and apartment S7 is on the top of the building, that is, on the second floor. Apartment S8 is located on the -1st floor, where it extends to a large garden and yard with a large pool.

The property is accessible via two-way street. The building has 8 garage parking spaces in the basement and 3 outdoor parking spaces in the courtyard of the building. All apartments have a woodshed in the basement.

All apartments are equipped with modern and luxurious Pedini kitchens of Italian design. On the Pedini kitchen website, all customers will be able to register for after service (the warranty for each kitchen is 10 years).
