The region saw increases of nearly 40% in sell-through above $2 million in list price as both residential resales and new construction projects crested new price points at the top Regards, of the market. South Charlotte and upstate South Carolina saw major increases in sellthrough in the mid-market range while Lake Norman saw substantial closings in the ultra-luxury segment over $2 million.
