Carlos Guerrero and Víctor Villella are master beer makers. They´ve loved hops since they met in the classroom at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they were studying Industrial Engineering, alongside other craft beer lovers. Back then, they created their first pints as producers and later, they began to manufacture their own garage beer, fermented without gases or additives. Things got serious when, in 2013, they moved to Ibiza and dove in head first, creating the first craft beer with a denomination original to the island. “In the beginning, we were gypsy brewers”, Carlos explains, “because we produced in Barcelona or Girona and later we distributed to a few businesses on the island, or we sold it at craft and food fairs.
