Needless to say, life, university and parties got in the way and she passed away rather suddenly. As a result, a lot of our family history was lost. I resolved that there must be a way to preserve stories and pictures in a comprehensive yet affordable way, which wasn’t just the exclusive domain of celebrities. This saw the birth of the It’s My Life series, capturing history whilst the elders were still around to contribute and enjoy it. Utilising our backgrounds in design, photography, and journalism, it was just a natural fit. We’re now in talks with a care home in SE England to capture the stories of their dementia sufferers before the memories fade. We then spotted a need within the wedding industry, as a lot of couples spend a lot on details that are missed in conventional albums, so we gathered a talented team of professional magazine designers and copy writers, started exhibiting at wedding fairs and the rest as they say, is history!

i, we’re Pauline and Krystle and we are a mother and daughter business busy capturing time and love stories. My great grandmother was best friends with Bob Marley’s mum and had many amazing stories about him as a little boy growing up that were so interesting.
One particular favourite being that he could apparently read palms very well, so accurately in fact, that at age five, he predicted his own death and was so scared, he never did it again. That coupled with her being one of the few Jamaican women to run her own store before coming to Britain, I was determined to write her fascinating life story.
