ITTS Foundation, Inc. Executive Summary

The mission of I TALK TO STRANGERS Foundation, Inc. is building peaceful communities for the future our youth and families.

Since it was founded in 2012, I TALK TO STRANGERS has partnered with organizations supporting the mission of uniting people through conversation. Together, our aims are to organize groups and individuals to facilitate positive community conversations. These dialogues award better opportunities, experiences, and understandings towards individuals who are willing to learn more about world and people around them.

I TALK TO STRANGERS social movement unites campus, culture, community, and corporate (4Cs) communities through strategic collaborations and effective communication with organized events that focuses on these four key areas of community development. These activities promote uplifting dialogue and positive collaborations among strangers thus creating peace worldwide.

As a social enterprise using the latest technology, I TALK TO STRANGERS, aims to bridge people-topeople relations and foster comprehensive bi-lateral agreements that focus on the key areas of; youth empowerment, social entrepreneurship, medical technology, environmental protection, education, and civic engagement.

It brings me great pleasure to welcome you into our community of global citizens of all races, ethnicities, and backgrounds.

As a young governmental community case worker, I envisioned the next 10-years of social progress and decided to form the I TALK STRANGERS Foundation as the embodiment of a socially-progressive ideals into a nongovernmental organization.

Since 2012, the ITTS Foundation has committed funds and resources with the help and support of thousands of community stakeholders. With over one hundred organizational activities and thousands of hours of community service devoted towards campus and community social programs and projects, ITTS Stakeholders push forward the ITTS mission as an organized network of individual strangers building a 'strangernation' of community goers and community leaders.

With an ever-growing family of young and retired professionals, ITTS Foundation has developed long-term research techniques to continue to serve as a community liaison and governmental consultant to various social, technological, and tourism issues and opportunities.

As only as messenger of a social truth, founding the I TALK TO STRANGERS movement and organization has taught me the importance of a listening ear and a true friend. Thank you for your time in reading this report of our time and effort of building and bridging social gaps and bringing the world together one person, one conversation, one stranger at a time!

Global Social Research

Organizing and funding comprehensive social research missions have been critical to understanding social needs as well as implementing community focused project, programs, and events. Scaling over 25countries in social experience, ITTS Foundation, Inc. and its' professional researchers spend thousands of hours understanding and executing community development plans addressing common community violence, environmental disaster, and cultural integration issues and opportunities. Following method-based practices inspired over 10 years of community organizing experience, the ITTS Global Social Research Teams base quantitative data towards experienced processes to recommend event, program, and project proposals towards bridging international and multicultural communities through positive dialogue.

Every year over 100 new volunteers offer support and encouragement in achieving the ITTS Mission. Over 1,000 volunteers have helped make ITTS Foundation activities a success!

Psychosocial Rehabilitation (Mental Health)

Since 2012, ITTS Foundation, Inc. has promoted community wellness and personal development through practices based in psychosocial rehabilitation. As an organization of health care professionals, educators, and community leaders we continually strive to support youth, adults, and families in improving the quality of their relationships through positive and productive dialogue.

ITTS social learning plans focus on personal empowerment, social inclusion, and family support. Our communication training workshops offer a variety of activities, trainings, and courses designed to support individuals coping with a wide-range of mental and social disorders. The benefits of our programs aim to increase therapeutic communication, aid in conflict resolution, and enhance social skills.

Leadership Development

With the growing access to digital information, ITTS Foundation has partnered with local governmental organizations and community organizations on the development of a technology, leadership, and antibullying after-school program geared towards the technical training and leadership development of tomorrow's young leaders.

Led by an advisement team from multiple campus-based and curriculum and student affairs administrators, Peace Talkers as a ITTS Foundation researched and developed campus initiative pushes its’ mission of partnerships and collaborations among school systems building and training the next generation global citizens.

Youth Empowerment

Since 2012, ITTS Foundation and its team of researchers have been developing issue-targeted educational programs alongside public and private schools providing active response to the tragic events and local violence.

The Foundation has forged local partnerships along with campus administration and educators on student-focused approaches and methods towards youth leadership, training, workshops, and presentations. Since 2012, ITTS has been providing instructional lectures and certified course training across over 20 educational institutions.

Community Unifying Activities

Together with our multi-national partners, the ITTS public relations team continue to collaborate with local and international governmental and corporate organization on increasing travel trends that promote a unifying effort of multiculturalism and intercultural development.

ITTS and its’ international volunteer team have established various community events geared towards cultural inclusion and appreciation, along with “MovementBranding’ through its’ iconic ‘unity-bar’ brand logo.

The goal of the ITTS Foundation is to further develop the international community, and contribute to the development of an socio-economic society and improve social life by encouraging and supporting pioneering and research activities in the merging of international cultures and communities through our ‘4C’ organizational pillars.

International Cultural Cooperation

As tourism continues to grow as a critical source of income of governmental agencies worldwide, the ITTS Foundation has been represented along world leader and governmental officials as a trusted cultural ambassador of international relations and cultural hospitality.

ITTS PEACE TALKERS YOUTH PROGRAM

ITTS Foundation develops leaders of tomorrow

Peace Talkers are local community youth volunteers who participate in an after-school, service-based campus program designed to inspire innovation and peaceful mindsets for the next generation global citizen.

Founded on concepts of technology and innovation, the program trains, motivates, and equips students with tools and skills needed to effectively communicate and collaborate with local community organizations towards social impact projects.

ITTS Skills & Technology Workshops

Tuesday & Thursday (2023)

ITTS Skills & Technology student workshops are volunteer-led skills development and training courses offered to youth volunteers of ITTS activities. These community driven courses offer a wide-array of skills training including; communication, computer coding, digital design, video editing, photography, and musical instruments.

Each workshops are specifically designed to enhance cognitive and emotional learning through interactive demonstrations and hands-on activities. Professional adult volunteers are carefully selected as mentors and supervisors of youth participants.

ITTS Community Garden Project

(2022/2023)

The ITTS Community Garden Project transforms a vacant lots into enriched and vibrant community gardens and community space built to accommodate a sense of peace and community across social-economic boundaries. Youth volunteers are assigned at the garden to develop discipline and encourage a willingness to be apart of a community together with adult volunteers.

Land Rehabilitation - Our community green space has actively promoted community health habits, rehabilitate land and aesthetics, promoted crime reduction, while providing visitors with a renewed sense of community belonging, participation, and stronger social connections with neighbors. Our garden has aimed at promoting healthier communities.

Fresh Food Accessibility- Within our gardens we have successfully grown corn, cucumbers, tomatoes, basil, collard greens, lemon balm, squash, and sweet potatoes. Our crops offered free to our volunteers and the community during our initial harvest. Our volunteers have shared the joys and wonders of gardening while learning new things and safely socializing.

ITTS PEACE VILLAGE

Sustainable Safe Haven

ITTS Peace Village aims to create a peaceful coexistence among strangers of all backgrounds. Following devastating recent and upcoming events as an organization, this comprehensive strategy will serve as a blueprint for the rebuilding of a peaceful future of opportunities and equality for all. This community complex offers opportunities for everyone to play their part towards community success. Uniting campus, community, corporate, and cultural programs, projects, and events will serve as a foundational cornerstone of positive collaboration among strangers.

ITTS Peace Village will serve as an educational safe haven for students, parents, and educators to peacefully share, learn, and grow. Safely nestled outside urban communities this protected village will include a community center, agricultural gardens, and medical clinic. Educational courses, skills building workshops, and technology labs offer advancement opportunities for students to learn life development skills, conflict-resolution techniques, and participate in state-of-the-art tech labs.

Phase 1 - Location TBA (2023)

ITTS Peace Containment Camps will serve as an educational safe haven for students, parents, and educators to peacefully share, learn, and grow. Safely nestled outside urban communities this protected village will include a community center, agricultural gardens, and medical clinic. Educational courses, skills building workshops, and technology labs offer advancement opportunities for students to learn life development skills, conflict-resolution techniques, and participate in state-of-the-art tech labs.

Phase 2 - Location TBA (2024)

Together with ACAD Modular Engineering, ITTS Peace Villages are designed to expand into community focused residential areas for single-families, underserved groups, and elderly individuals to live and commune peacefully. Infra-structured through modular structural designs, this technological village will offer a wide array of features and amenities to serve its local residents. Food services, healthcare services, and educational services are the cornerstones of the community village structure aimed to provide a positive living and working environment.

ITTS PROJECTS

Film & Video Productions (2023)

Since 2012, ITTS Foundation has kept a 'open-lens' of previous programs, projects, and events, collected and organized for a talented team of experienced directors, producers, and editors on soon-to-bereleased, documentary, film, and webseries content promoting the activities and progress of the ITTS research team and its progress towards peaceful social sustainability.

Podcast and Social Media (2023)

Together with GrindWorks Broadcast Media and our online media partners, The Mr. Robbie's Neighborhood Podcast hosted by I Talk To Strangers Foundation Founder Robbie Stokes, Jr. is geared towards conversations with youth, as well as, adults that teach conflict resolution through positive conversation.

Volunteers and students will also display their works through personalized podcast demonstrating their unique abilities has they enhance their agricultural skills.

Morale Booster Hotline (2023)

The ITTS Morale Booster Hotline offers volunteers an opportunity to apply positive communication skills as a community social service.

These 5 minute conversations with strangers offer the opportunity to listen, learn, and share positivity among others. This social service provide encouragement, and an uplift to various communities.

Mobile App (2023)

Utilizing mobile technology, the ITTS mobile app increase health and social aptitude through interactive training lessons and case studies. These self-paced activities increase confidence and enthusiasm for talking to strangers while building towards personal and professional goals.

Tuesday Talks with Strangers (2023)

Tuesday Talks with Strangers is an evening gathering where guests are introduced to fellow strangers in their local community in a fun social-networking fashion. The event brings everyday conversation to the center-stage and participants explore how talking with other individuals leads to meaningful, lasting relationships in both their personal and professional life.

An open and genial atmosphere creates the ultimate environment to discuss progressive solutions for sustainable development of the current and future communities. With easy-to-adapt meeting structure Tuesday Talks enables a unique guest experience with carefully selected, strangers-friendly venues. EXPLORE! Travel Program (2023)

ITTS EXPLORE! are international travel tours that bring new meaning and excitement to travel and new experiences. Coordinated by international hospitality professionals, EXPLORE! adds safety and security as a culture immersion tour through urban, remote, metropolis, jungle, dessert, and mountainous terrain on planet Earth.

Training courses increase tour assignment experiences through hands-on cultural immersion and emergency preparedness workshops. These trainings put volunteers through a safety and
