Royal Caribbean International (RCI), also formerly known as Royal Caribbean Cruise Line (RCCL), is a cruise line brand founded in 1968 in Norway and organised as a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Caribbean Group since 1997. Based in Miami, Florida, United States, it is the largest cruise line by revenue and second largest by passengers counts.
In 1997, it merged with the Greek cruise line Celebrity Cruises and changed its name from Royal Caribbean Cruise Line to Royal Caribbean International. At the same time, Royal Caribbean Group was formed as Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. to serve as a holding company that owned both Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean International.
Celebrity Cruises is a cruise line headquartered in Miami, Florida and a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Caribbean Group. Celebrity Cruises was founded in 1988 by the Greece-based Chandris Group, and merged with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line in 1997. Celebrity's signature logo is an "Χ" displayed on the funnel of Celebrity ships, and is the Greek letter chi, for "Chandris".
The Cruises business consists of TUI Cruises, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises and Marella Cruises. The spectrum of TUI formats is provided by 16 liners.
TUI Cruises is a 50:50 joint venture, based in Hamburg, between TUI AG and Royal Caribbean Cruises. The business was founded in 2008 and operates in the premium volume segment.
Hapag-Lloyd Cruises is the leading provider of luxury and expedition cruises in the German-speaking markets and sets international standards with its flagships.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 1-2 year experience in desired position
in hotel, resort or cruise ship
Completion of high school or basic education equivalency
Min 21 years of age
Good level of English language
Fully vaccinated by WHO approved vaccine
Valid travel passport for min 1 year ahead

JOINING EXPENSES
Visa - consular fee reimbursed on board
STCW and Seaman's book - crew expenses
Medical - crew expenses
Joining tickets - hotel positions usually need to pay their first joining ticket, whereas all other tickets will be provided by the company. Technical and management positions get company provided tickets.
*As temporary initiative for main group of candidates the company may purchase joining ticket to be deducted on board from crew salary
