TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENTS - This brochure is valid between 1st December 2017 and 14th January 2018 - A 25% deposit of the event will be required on confirmation. - The final number of guests attending the event needs to be provided at least 24 hours beforehand and charged according to the final number provided by client. - In the event that no final number is provided, the hotel reserves the right to charge the original number proposed at quotation stage. - A confirmation of an event must be advised in writing by the event organizer. - A tentative booking not confirmed will be released after 7 days if no deposit is received. - Should the revised number of guest attending vary substantially, the hotel reserves the right to re-allocate the event to a venue of an appropriate size. - Remaining full payment is to be settled on the day of event or as agreed previously with the event manager. - The prices in this brochure are inclusive of VAT. - Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours before the actual day of intended visit, whereby client will be issued with a credit note accordingly.
