For this reason, arthritis foundations around the world and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in America are giving it their full support. Tai Chi has shown increased muscular strength supports and protects joints, which will reduce pain. Flexibility exercises also help to reduce pain and stiffness, thus improving mobility. Documentary Film: We are Columbine

Documentary Film: At Eternity's Gate

Famed but tormented artist Vincent van Gogh spends his final years in Arles, France, painting masterworks of the natural world that surrounds him. Academy Award Nominee Julian Schnabel's At Eternity's Gate is a journey inside the world and mind of a person who, despite skepticism, ridicule and illness, created some of the world's most beloved and stunning works of art. This is not a forensic biography, but rather scenes based on Vincent van Gogh's (Academy Award Nominee Willem Dafoe) letters, common agreement about events in his life that present as facts, hearsay, and moments that are just plain invented. Discussion Leader: Mary Pohl Location: Grand Arbor Theatre $5, 1 Session, Monday, Apr 20, 4:00 - 7:00 pm; FF111
