Comparing the practical aspects of the functioning of associations of homeowners in Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine and Tajikistan and organizing cooperation with the providers of services. Exchange of experience between Ukrainian, Czech and Kyrgyzstan specialists on improving the health care system and social protection in the sphere of palliative care. Creating favorable conditions for the formation of a system of public monitoring of the activity of the government in implementation of systems of palliative care in the Luhansk oblast. Publication of conclusions and recommendations as to the application of the best foreign practices based on the results of the project.
