Lower Order Road Design Guidelines The Lower Order Road Design Guidelines has been used across Queensland since its release in 2016. In 2020, IPWEAQ requested feedback from practitioners regarding issues, conflicts and potential improvements on the current version. A Review Group has been formed to consider the feedback received and update the guide to ensure the new
