NATIONAL DAYS OF CORROSION AND PROTECTION, NAPLES (ITALY), 10-12 JULY 2013 Giornate Nazionali sulla Corrosione e Protezione Napoli, 10-11-12 luglio 2013
T
he National Days of Corrosion and Protection (GNC, Giornate Nazionali della Corrosione e Protezione) in its tenth edition will be held in Naples (Italy), from 10 to 12 of July, 2013, at the Conference Center at the University of Naples Federico II. The GNC – organized by the Centre for the Study of Corrosion of AIM (Italian Association of Metallurgy) in collaboration with AITIVA (Italian Association of Technicians in Paints and alike Industry), APCE (Association for the Protection from the Electrolytic Corrosion) and NACE Italy Section and sponsored by the University of Naples Federico II - have established themselves over the years as one of the most important events at national level where to discuss scientific, technological and productive issues of the corrosion and protection of materials field. The Convention provides for the presentation of the results achieved by various study groups and several companies in the sector, in oral and poster form. The National Days of Corrosion and Protection will be coordinated by prof. Francesco Bellucci - University of Naples Federico II - and will cover the following areas: • Corrosion in natural environments: Water, air, soil • Corrosion in plants and industrial facilities • Techniques for study and control of corrosion occurrences • Corrosion and protection of reinforcements in concrete works • Corrosion inhibitors • Cathodic protection • Coatings and surface treatments • Corrosion in a biological environment • Case histories. The event will provide for the “Companies Area” designed for the exhibition of equipment, presentation of services and the distribution of promotional material by the companies concerned. e Giornate Nazionali della Corrosione - GNC - nella decima edizione, si terranno a Napoli dal 10 al 12 luglio 2013, presso il presso il Centro Congressi del l’Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II. Le GNC – organizzate dal Centro di Studio Corrosione dell’AIM (Associazione Italiana di Metallurgia) in collaborazione con AITIVA, APCE e NACE Italia Section e patrocinate dall’Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II - si sono affermate negli anni come uno degli eventi più importanti a livello nazionale per discutere questioni scientifiche, tecnologiche e produttive, nell’ambito della corrosione e protezione dei materiali. Il Convegno prevede la presentazione dei risultati raggiunti da vari gruppi di studio e da numerose aziende del settore, in forma orale e poster. Le Giornate Nazionali della Corrosione saranno coordinate dal prof. Francesco Bellucci – Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II – e tratterà le seguenti Aree tematiche: • Corrosione negli ambienti naturali: acque, atmosfera, terreno • Corrosione negli impianti e nelle strutture industriali • Tecniche di studio e controllo dei fenomeni corrosivi • Corrosione e protezione delle armature nelle opere in c.a. • Inibitori di Corrosione • Protezione catodica • Rivestimenti e trattamenti superficiali • Corrosione in ambiente biologico • Case history. Nell’ambito della manifestazione è previsto uno “Spazio Aziende” destinato all’esposizione di apparecchiature, alla presentazione dei servizi e alla distribuzione di materiale promozionale da parte delle aziende interessate.
