his year saw Dörken MKS-Systeme GmbH & Co. KG celebrate its successful premiere at the AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING EXPO (AEE) in Nuremberg (Germany), from 9 to 10 June 2015. At the communal stand of ACS Automotive Center Südwestfalen, Dörken MKS-Systeme was represented as contact for coating solutions in lightweight construction with two products: The rear subframe of the new Porsche 911, coated with a Delta-MKS® zinc flake system, as well as screw fittings from EJOT, which are used in the Audi A8. In addition, on the ACS communal stand, Dörken MKS-Systeme was joined by EJOT, Kirchhoff Automotive and Gerhardi Kunstofftechnik, with the focus upon a front end lightweight construction concept underscoring the expertise of the companies in lightweight and multimaterial construction. The ACS stand concept received the “AEE Innovation Star 2015” distinction. Dörken MKS-Systeme will also be making its first appearance at the press and trade visitor days of the IAA Pkw, in Frankfurt (Germany), from 15 to 18 September 2015. The focus will be on “KTL 2.0”, with the company presenting its Delta-eLack® KTL solutions on stand C33 in Hall 4.1. A special attraction: The new KTL unit will be shown in action on the fair stand.
