DEGREASING MACHINE USING SOLVENTS WITH ZERO OZONEDEPLETION POTENTIAL Impianto di lavaggio con solventi non-ozono distruttivi

Recently MEG has introduced a degreasing machine model 3S 24/12-P-F/T AC using new generation solvents with low boiling point and zero ozone-depletion potential; the machine is characterized by heating through a heat pump system. This technology allows an important energy reduction, as a matter of fact the power used for the refrigeration/condensation is re-used for the solvent heating; therefore the machine doesn’t need electrical heaters for the solvent distillation. MEG ha recentemente presentato un impianto di sgrassaggio mod. 3S 24/12-P-F/T AC che utilizza solventi di nuova generazione basso bollenti “non ozono distruttivi” e che è caratterizzato dal riscaldamento a pompa di calore. Questa tecnologia permette un risparmio energetico notevole; infatti, viene utilizzato il calore generato dal gruppo di raffreddamento della macchina per riscaldare il solvente, l’impianto quindi non necessita di resistenze elettriche per il riscaldamento nella vasca ebollizione.
