The new Super Powder Center can be mounted beside any modern painting booth. In the range of companies manufacturing powder spraying systems, Zeus Electrostatic System boasts over forty years of experience and has installed thousands of systems in Italy and many foreign countries. The range of products includes automatic and manual triboelectric and Corona spray guns, reciprocators, rapid color change booths and all of the accessories that make up painting stations (fig. 7). Zeus has recently renovated its range of sprayers and control units, switching to digital technology with two new series: the “2009 digital evolution” dedicated to companies just starting to use powder coating systems looking for efficient, but at the same time economical equipment, and the series “2010 digital” for those companies seeking high performance products (fig. 8) with high levels of automation.
Il nuovo Super Powder Center può essere montato a lato di qualsiasi moderna cabina di verniciatura. Nel panorama delle aziende produttrici di sistemi per erogazione polveri, Zeus Electrostatic System vanta quasi quarant’anni d’attività e ha al proprio attivo migliaia di apparecchiature installate in Italia e in molti paesi esteri. La gamma di prodotti va dalle pistole a corona e triboelettriche, automatiche e manuali, ai reciprocatori, alle cabine a cambio di colore rapido e a tutti gli accessori che compongono le stazioni di verniciatura (fig. 7). Recentemente Zeus ha rinnovato la gamma di erogatori e delle unità di controllo, passando alla tecnologia digitale e proponendo due serie: la “2009 digital evolution” dedicata alle aziende che si avvicinano alla verniciatura a polveri e vogliono dotarsi di apparecchiature efficienti, ma allo stesso tempo economiche e la serie “2010 digital” per quelle realtà che esigono prodotti ad alte prestazioni (fig. 8) con elevato grado di automazione.
