aintistanbul 2010 is the paint industry and auxiliary products exhibition which will be held in Istanbul from 23 to 26 September with the support of the Association of Paint Industry (BOSAD). Last summer the effects of the crisis were gradually diminishing in Turkey and the business of the paint industry was good. The export has developed very fast in the last 10 years, the export volume has increased from 50 million dollars to 450 million dollars. The Turkish paint industry is the 6th big paint producer of Europe and BOSAD represents over 80% of the Turkish paint industry and makes a multidimensional contribution to the representation of the industry at national and international level. The “paintistanbul” project has taken important steps forward thanks to the works performed in a period of about 1.5 years. The project is compliant with the current objective of the BOSAD to be a regional production, investment and attraction centre and it aims to fill an important gap in this field. Constituting a bridge between the EU states, Middle East, the Commonwealth and Balkan states, Turkey offers major economical and commercial opportunities. (Source -in Turkish- www.yeniasir.com.tr)

aintistanbul 2010 è la mostra-convegno per l’industria delle vernici che si terrà a Istanbul dal 23 al 26 settembre con il supporto dell’Associazione dell’Industria delle vernici turca (BOSAD). La scorsa estate in Turchia gli effetti della crisi stavano gradualmente diminuendo e l’industria delle vernici aveva un andamento positivo. L’esportazione si è sviluppata molto velocemente negli ultimo 10 anni, con un aumento del volume esportato da 50 millioni di dollari ai 450 millioni di dollari attuali. L’industria turca delle vernici è il 6° grande produttore di vernici in Europa e BOSAD rappresenta oltre l’80% dell’industria turca delle vernici dando un contributo multidimensionale alla rappresentazione del comparto sia a livello nazionale che internazionale. Il progetto “paintistanbul” ha compiuto molti passi avanti grazie al lavoro sviluppato in circa un anno e mezzo. Il progetto è in linea con quello che è l’obiettivo corrente di BOSAD ossia essere un centro di produzione, investimenti e attrazione regionale riempiendo un vuoto importante in questo settore. Costituendo un ponte fra gli stati EU, il Medio Oriente, il Commonwealth e gli stati balcanici, la Turchia offre importanti opportunità commerciali ed economiche.
