Magnetic filters and inclined bed filters The Polo magnetic filter (MAF) automatically cleans cooling lubricants, mainly oils and emulsions, of machine tools. MAF‘s can be integrated as a pre-filter in plants, or be installed as a single filter. They work without filter aids, such as filter fleece. Therefore, these devices are very easy to maintain
and install. The standard version of the magnetic drum is permanently rotated. If requested, an interval circuit can be provided as well. The fully automated Polo inclined bed filter SB is suitable for the purification of many different liquids. The unique guidance of the filter medium is a special feature -unlike conventional

Lifting station and coalescence separators Lifting stations are convenient and useful devices for convening chip polluted fluid to central filter systems. Polo FilterTechnik designs dimensions and pumps of the lifting stations for custom-specific requirements. Integrated floating switches record the liquid level. Dirt
