THE TRADE SHOW TRATTAMENTI E FINITURE WILL COME BACK AT MECSPE 2015 Ritorna il Salone Trattamenti e Finiture a MECSPE 2015

ECSPE will come back to animate the pavilions of Fiere di Parma (Parma Fairground, Parma, Italy), from the 26th to the 28th of March 2015, with more than 1,000 exhibitors and many institutional areas addressed to the more strategic product sectors – from the automotive to the medical, passing through the electrical appliances and the gears machining one – and focused on the macro trends that characterize the sector like the industrial digitization, that will find its best expression in the second edition of the “Digital Factory – Beyond the automation©”, the lightening of materials (both metallic and plastic), nanotechnologies and micromachinings. Among the news for the 2015 edition, the return of “TF - Trattamenti e Finiture”, the biennial trade show that unites the exhibition space (where it is possible to find galvanic machines, systems and machining, painting, cleansing and mechanical treatments) with an offer of Demonstrative Areas and formative moments. Exhibition and information of the operators will be the aims of the “Galvanics Square”, that was born in collaboration with Assogalvanica: In the exhibition area, thanks to the participation of associated companies, it will be possible to see a view of the news about products and machining of the galvanic treatments, whereas in the Meeting Point the galvanic operators and the partners of Assogalvanica have the chance to get informed about the norms that rule this division. “Today the operators of galvanics need explanations and answers about the implications that the normative news have on the company production life”, explains Moreno Ghiaroni, president of Assogalvanica. “In the Meeting Point in our pavilion, the partners will have the possibility to collect information and to compare themselves with experts and colleagues about the chances to keep on using the chromium trioxide, the developments of the REACH regulations, the SEVESO directive, the new IPPC and other normative aspects. Moreover the partners can discover many initiatives of the Association. We believe that, sharing the problems, it is possible to find together the solutions”. Nanotechnologies and innovative materials will be the protagonists of Trattamenti e Finiture, in a specific square: A unique event of this kind and never suggested before in Italy, that will present the solutions for the industrial applications, now available or close to sale. The “Nanotechnologies and New Materials Excellence Square”, that was born with the aim to be a real moment of technological transfer from very innovative start ups to companies that operate in traditional sectors, will show not only the most innovative technologies and their advantages in terms of improvement of the performances and of economic efficiency, but it will also give visitors the chance to take part in practical demonstrations of products, materials and processes. ECSPE tornerà ad animare i padiglioni di Fiere di Parma, dal 26 al 28 marzo 2015, con oltre 1.000 espositori e numerose aree istituzionali rivolte ai settori merceologici più strategici - dall’automotive, al medicale, passando per l’elettrodomestico e quello della lavorazione degli ingranaggi - e focalizzate sulle macrotendenze che caratterizzano il settore come l’informatizzazione industriale, che troverà la sua massima espressione nella seconda edizione della “Fabbrica Digitale - Oltre l’automazione©”, l’alleggerimento dei materiali sia metallici sia plastici, le microlavorazioni e le nanotecnologie. Tra le novità dell’edizione 2015, il ritorno di “TF - Trattamenti e Finiture”, il salone biennale che all’area espositiva, in cui si potranno trovare macchine, impianti e lavorazioni di galvanica, verniciatura, lavaggio, trattamenti meccanici, unisce un’offerta di aree dimostrative e momenti di formazione. Esposizione e informazione degli operatori saranno gli obiettivi della “Piazza della Galvanica”, nata in collaborazione con Assogalvanica: all’interno dell’area espositiva, grazie alla partecipazione delle aziende associate, sarà possibile vedere una panoramica delle novità di prodotto e lavorazione dei trattamenti galvanici, mentre all’interno del Meeting Point i galvanisti e gli associati Assogalvanica avranno la possibilità di informarsi sulle normative che regolamentano il comparto. “Oggi gli operatori della galvanica hanno la necessità di avere chiarificazioni e risposte sulle implicazioni che le novità normative hanno sulla vita produttiva aziendale”, spiega Moreno Ghiaroni, Presidente di Assogalvanica. “Presso il Meeting Point allestito nel nostro padiglione gli associati avranno la possibilità di informarsi e confrontarsi con esperti e colleghi sulle possibilità di continuare a usare il triossido di cromo, sugli sviluppi del Regolamento REACH, sulla Direttiva SEVESO, sulla nuova IPPC e su altri aspetti normativi. Gli associati potranno inoltre documentarsi sulle numerose iniziative dell’Associazione. Siamo convinti che, condividendo i problemi, si possano trovare insieme delle soluzioni”. Nanotecnologie e materiali innovativi saranno protagonisti di Trattamenti e Finiture, all’interno di una Piazza dedicata, un evento unico nel suo genere e mai proposto prima d’ora in Italia, che presenterà le soluzioni per applicazioni industriali attualmente disponibili o prossime alla commercializzazione. La “Piazza dell’eccellenza delle Nanotecnologie e dei Nuovi Materiali”, nata con l’obiettivo di essere un vero e proprio momento di trasferimento tecnologico da start up molto innovative ad aziende che operano in settori tradizionali, mostrerà non solo le tecnologie più innovative e i loro vantaggi in termini di miglioramento delle performance e di efficienza economica, ma darà ai visitatori l’opportunità di prendere parte a dimostrazioni pratiche di prodotti, materiali e processi.
