n the Lechler SpA Strategic Plan, “Restarting the growth understanding the future”, emerges the need to restore turnover sales figures obtained before the economic crisis through industrial and commercial alliances. In this intention, the society has acquired the control of I.V.E. Industria Vernici Fermo Galbiati & C. S.r.l., controlling 80% of IVE do Brazil. Europe is the natural territory of expansion for Lechler, but the structural crisis in the EU market has pushed the company towards other development projects in other continents - through partnership able to share and fully satisfy the strategic plan. “For more than one year there has been an efficient technological cooperation between Lechler Tech and Ive do Brazil”– says Dr. Aram Manoukian, President of Lechler S.p.A. – “Now we have turned the technological cooperation into a 360° cooperation. We are sure that this action will bring a favorable step towards a further development of the Brazilian market with the introduction of the LechlerTech product line for Industry. We will study and implement all the possible synergies on the European markets in the aim of facing the difficult actual situation”, concludes Manoukian. The I.V.E. Group has been working in the international coatings for habitat and furniture since 1941 and develop a total turnover around 20M € - 50% of this turnover comes from the Brazilian market and 30% from Italy. About 90 people work in the Group and they are equally distributed between the two production sites in Seregno (Monza Brianza, next to Milan, Italy) and in Paraì in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. In quest’ambito la società ha acquisito il controllo di I.V.E. Industria Vernici Fermo Galbiati & C. S.r.l., controllante dell’80% di IVE do Brasil. Nonostante l’Europa sia il territorio naturale di Lechler, la crisi strutturale del mercato UE ha portato l’azienda all’attuazione di progetti di crescita in altri continenti, attraverso partnership con interlocutori in grado di condividere e soddisfare pienamente le linee strategiche del piano. “Da oltre un anno ferve una collaborazione tecnologica tra LechlerTech e Ive do Brasil” – dichiara il dott. Aram Manoukian, Presidente di Lechler S.p.A. – “Ora è giunto il momento di trasformare la collaborazione tecnologica in una collaborazione a 360°. Siamo certi che ciò porterà a un ulteriore sviluppo del mercato brasiliano con l’introduzione dei prodotti per l’industria di LechlerTech. Inoltre studieremo e implementeremo tutte le possibili sinergie sui mercati europei per continuare a fronteggiare la difficile congiuntura in atto”, conclude Manoukian. Il Gruppo I.V.E. opera nel mercato internazionale delle vernici per arredamento e habitat dal 1941, con un fatturato complessivo di 20M €, il 50% del quale ottenuto nel mercato brasiliano ed il 30% in Italia. Occupa circa 90 persone equamente distribuite tra le due società, nei due siti produttivi di Seregno (MB) e Paraì nello stato di Rio Grande do Sul, in Brasile.
