€1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Final payment must be made no later than 2 weeks before the function. Menu choice must be finalised 4 weeks prior to the function. Official Photographic ID is required for students over 18 who wish to purchase alcohol. Final numbers of guests attending must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the function. Students may not sell tickets to people to attend the disco, only those who are attending the Debutante Ball (i.e. the full night) will be permitted into the Function Suite. Customers are not permitted to bring food or drink onto the Hotel premises. Tickets can be purchased for teachers who wish to join the party for the meal.
