Begin your journey at The Spa with use of the pool, thermal suite which includes access to our steam room, sauna, tropical showers and our outdoor hot tub. Continue to The Spa by entering a haven of tranquillity and immerse yourself in pure relaxation.
Following your treatment enjoy some time in our relaxation suite with some light refreshments and herbal teas.
SPA ETIQUETTE
Spa Attire
Bathrobes and towels will be provided in your locker. Disposable undergarments will be provided for specific treatments. Dark swimwear is recommended for the use of the jacuzzi. Underwear or swimwear must be worn at all times in the Spa. Please bring flip flops with you for use in leisure facilities and in Spa. Flip Flops are available for sale at The Spa.
Reservations
Advanced booking is strongly advised as we do not wish to disappoint. A credit card number will be required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. Late arrival may result in your treatment time being cut short or cancelled to accommodate our other clients.
Payment
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Hotel residents may charge payment to their room. All prices are quoted in euro and are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 48-hour cancellation period to help us reschedule your appointment or a 50% charge will be incurred. Cancellation of any treatment within 24 hours of an appointment will incur a 100% charge.
Valuables
We recommend no jewellery be worn in the Spa. We ask that hotel residents leave all valuables in the safety deposit box located in your room. Management and staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought onto the Spa premises.
Pregnancy
In the interest of safety, please inform us if you are pregnant. It is advised that pregnant women do not avail of heat or hydro-therapies. Pregnancy treatments will also not be performed in the first trimester but other options will be offered by your therapist.
Special Considerations
Please advise us of any medical issues you may have. Client’s with high blood pressure or heart conditions should consult their doctor before availing of any Spa treatment. It is advised to avoid alcohol consumption before the use of the Spa and we also advise that you avoid any heavy meals 2 hours prior to or following treatments.
Comfort
Our therapists are happy to advise you on any of our treatments. Our treatments are designed around you. If you feel any discomfort or require a change in pressure at any time during your treatment, please let your therapist know. We recommend that men are clean shaven. Under 16’s will not be permitted.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available to purchase at the Spa reception or by phone. Please note, that expired vouchers may not be accepted until such a time that they can be extended by our accounts team.
