The Story
Fubá was created by brothers Rafael and Cassiano Agapito, born & raised in Santos, a small coastal town south of Sao Paulo where the first Cachaça distillery was built almost 500 years ago. Cachaça was part of the fabric of their lives, their community and the culture they were so proud of so the brothers set out to produce the most delicious cachaça they could using traditional recipes and modern, sustainable production techniques.
The Spirit

Double distilled in copper pots, Fubá has a much rounder mouthfeel than our mass-produced counterparts and has no added sugar, resulting in a dry cachaça that’s perfect for cocktails. A cachaça purposefully created for bartenders by bartenders.

Sustainability at our Heart
All of Fubá’s ingredients are sourced from local co-op farms and sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Our farms operate a ‘zero waste’ policy meaning leftover cane is burned to heat the stills and other by-products are returned to the fields to fertilise the soil. drinkfuba.com
THE ORIGINAL IRISH SPIRIT


The World’s Oldest Spirit
First distilled by monks in the 6th century, the Irish enjoyed poitín for a thousand years before it was banned by the British in 1661. After more than 300 years in the shadows, poitín was made legal again in 1997 and can now be found on backbars all across Ireland, instead of under the counter.

Mad March Hare is crafted in small batches using just three ingredients. Only the finest, locally sourced malted barley married with a proprietary yeast, distilled three times in small copper pot stills the traditional way. We then cut the spirit with the purest Irish spring water to 40% ABV resulting in a spirit that is full of character and exceptionally smooth.
