THE “ONE COMPANY PROJECT” FOCUSING ON THE MARKET AT AN UNPRECEDENTED PACE The last edition of Snapshot (April 2013) featured a special insert designed to provide all employees with a better understanding of the Divisional organizational model that has been evolving progressively since 2009 as necessary to support the implementation of the Power Brand strategy. I commented at the time that the primary goals of the Imaging organization were: • Focus on the customer to deliver relevant innovation and better service, thus creating more value for the end user; • Focus on efficiency and speed of execution to beat competition on cost and time to market; • Work together to better leverage the synergies that we have progressively established between Supports, Bags, Lighting and Distribution.

Message from the Divisional CEO, Marco Pezzana

The key activities that we had identified to secure the achievement of such goals over a period of 18 months were: • The re-organization of the Bags and Lighting Units (focus on R&D); • The upgrade of the Marketing Team (Product, Trade, Comms); • The integration of the Planning, Logistics and Customer Service processes across all businesses; • The optimization of the Regional Commercial organization.

Almost unexpectedly we have since then achieved a staggering result and delivered set goals over a much shorter time span, moving our organization effectively to the next level of integration much faster than we had originally planned. In less than six months we have been able to transform the Imaging Division from a complex system of multiple businesses into One Company, focussed on Innovation (Marketing/R&D) and Operational Excellence. Despite a challenging marketplace, we have maintained our growing market share, we have significantly reduced our operating costs and re-invested in innovation, securing an unprecedented line of stunning new products that will hit the market in 2013: the 500HD, Befree, Pixi, 190, Mountaineer, Manfrotto Bags, Pro LEDs and KLYP to name just a few. The fast tracked achievement of the “One Company Project” places us in an enviable position to aim for a strong H2 and what I believe will be a transformational 2014. To conclude and for your information, we have included in this edition of Snapshot an updated organizational insert reflecting the latest changes implemented under the “One Company Project”. I trust you will find this helpful: please do not hesitate to contact your Line Manager, the HR department or myself, should you need any additional clarification. Welcome to the new One Imaging Company: be ready to progress at an unprecedented pace!

Message from the HR Director, Marco Scippa

On June 5th the Trade Unions, the Company Trade Union representatives and our management signed the new Supplementary Labour Agreement for Vitec Group Italy and Lino Manfrotto + co. spa. The signing of this agreement is something to be proud of and gives us great satisfaction! Without any doubt, at a national level, there are very few examples of the kind of second-level agreement we reached, both in terms of modernity and innovation. We must highlight, above all, the fact that the result was achieved because of the willingness of the parties round the negotiating table to test something that others had never done before.

But what lies behind this important result? We worked as a single team with a common goal: success! Actually, whatever perspective we read this agreement from, it is, simply, a success. We have laid the foundations for the success of our company, refining our competitiveness criteria to become market leaders and improving profit participation terms for our employees. All this has been possible thanks to mutual trust, an integrity oriented approach and the awareness that only by working together, as a team, challenging and ground-breaking goals can be achieved. We win or lose together. A sentence in the novel “The Jungle Book” by Rudyard Kipling totally reflects what we have achieved: “...For the strength of the pack is the wolf, and the strength of the wolf is the pack...”. It highlights the importance of the individual contribution to the achievement of a specific result, provided that this happens in accordance with a common and shared goal. And now it’s up to all of us to put what we have signed into practice!

MAYA PROGRESS CEO UPDATE VIDEO: ON THE GROUP Verity Woolnough

2013 has been a busy year so far for the Vitec Group. To update on our progress, our Group CEO Stephen Bird produced his fourth Vitec Global Communication video. Stephen gives a review of Vitec’s 2012 results and an update on how the business is performing following the first four months of 2013. In the video, Stephen discusses how we achieved increased profits and improved margins in 2012 and the contributions made by each Division to support these results. He also looks towards the future, outlining the steps we are taking to strengthen the Group and ensure our continued success within a challenging economic climate. Stephen notes the hard work and progress made by Vitec’s people and shares this year’s highlights to date: such as new customer wins, our success at the NAB show in Las Vegas and

also the positive outcome of the 2013 Management Conferences held in China, Italy, the UK and the US. Welcome videos were created by our colleagues from each of the conference locations. The videos present an illuminating insight into Vitec’s dynamic culture and are available for all employees to view, along with the CEO video, via The HUB. The HUB is the online Learning and Communication portal where news and information from across the Group can be shared. Please explore this new resource and take some time to look at all the exciting new material. It is an excellent example of what we can achieve when we work together! ON TOUR WITH 2013 GROUP MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE

Mount Olive, Usa - Bury St Edmunds, UK - Beijing, China - Cassola, Italy. Four locations and an itinerary Group Management Conference. This was the format chosen for 2013 Vitec Management Conference that, from mid April to the beginning of May, involved our Operations Executives and delegates from all our divisions, in a halfday event on Group vision, strategies, objectives and results. It wasn’t the kind of Management Conference we were used to, in one location and approximately 60 top management delegates involved in a 2 or 3 day event, but rather a fresh,

new, different format, with our Group CEO, Stephen Bird, our Group Finance Director, Paul Hayes, and the divisional CEOs Marco Pezzana (Imaging), Matt Danilowicz (Videocom&Services) and Steve Shpock (MAG) visiting several locations within the Vitec Group, meeting our people. This allowed for a wider participation at this important annual event, bringing together and reaching out to approximately 200 colleagues from all our businesses. Each location welcomed the event with a video, featuring the culture of the country and special greetings from Vitec people working there. All these

videos, together with the Group CEO’s Vitec Global Communication video, are available in The HUB. Log in to see them and listen to Stephen Bird’s comments on the Management Conference! The main theme of the conference was a discussion about how we can deliver good results in challenging times, reviewing the Group’s 3 market strategy (Broadcast & Video, Photographic and Military, Aerospace and Government) and discussing the four core priorities set last year in detail: Building the Right Organisation, Developing Commercial Acumen, Operational Excellence and Working Together.

Examples of how each priority can be applied to our organization were provided, with some success stories from each of our businesses. And then the awards to people of our organization who achieved success in the four priorities in 2012. The “itinerary” conference was a great opportunity to meet and share projects and to be involved in an overview of the vision, strategy and targets of the Vitec Group. Its positive, motivational and informal atmosphere was the right occasion to lay the foundations for additional interaction and collaboration between our divisions!

NEWS FROM OUR

WORLD GROUP Jenny Macdonald

THE HUB HAS A FACELIFT Vitec Group’s Learning and Communication portal, The HUB, has recently been redesigned in response to feedback gathered from users.

The HUB now offers a better user experience due to improved site navigation; you will now be able to access content on the site a lot more easily. The addition of a user login area (currently containing your basic user details and site visit statistics) is embedding the way for further development over the coming months, so when you visit The HUB, you are offered a more interactive and tailored experience. As well as the new site navigation, learning content has also been added to ensure we all focus on what is really important to our business. This is aligned to the four core priorities for learning which Stephen Bird has set - Building the Right Organisation, Developing Commercial Acumen, Operational Excellence and Working Together. Each priority has a set of learning modules with extensive content on subjects such as Pricing Management, Operating Leverage and Cost Management/Working Capital; other modules are being developed and will be added over the coming months, so keep visiting. How you can contribute: The HUB team want to know how you use the learning from the site so we can add case studies. Some case studies are already available on the site and more will be added. Simply contact The HUB team via the site. So, how do you access The HUB? 1. Go to www.vitechub.com 2. Enter your work e-mail address in the username box 3. Enter vitec in the password box - passwords have been reset as part of the redesign, once you have logged in, you will be prompted to choose your own password You can also follow any news from The HUB through Twitter via @VitecHUB

CELEBRATES MOVE TO UPPER SADDLE RIVER As promised in the last issue, here are details about the Grand Opening Manfrotto Distribution US hosted in the new facility in Upper Saddle River (New Jersey). Manfrotto Distribution US and its 50 employees completed the move into the new premises in December but the official ribbon cutting ceremony took place on Wednesday April 17th. Marco Pezzana was there, together with Bill Drysdale and all the employees, to officially celebrate the move into a forward-thinking and open-plan layout in Upper Saddle River. What does this new facility look like? Every office door is left open and there are display stands featuring the various Manfrotto product lines. The open-plan layout has greatly increased the ability of different departments to work together and develop new ideas! Improving inter-departmental cooperation to provide the best possible product and service was one of the main reasons behind this move, as well as getting more space for future development. We hope the US team will enjoy the new offices and continue their great job!

A HINT OF ASIA

IN OUR OFFICES On May 20th and 21st we were pleased to host some distributors and dealers visiting us from the Asia Pacific region.

Thirty-eight customers, really passionate about our brands, came here from different countries: South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan. They visited the factory in Feltre and our offices in Cassola. They left Italy having forged a strong bond with our company and we are proud to have so many international friends helping us to prosper and grow in Asia. Gioele Zanzico

SHAREPOINT 2013:

HERE WE GO! After the integration of the Information Technology of Manfrotto Lighting, that kept our IT Function busy for several months, our colleagues have embarked on a big new project for our division: the migration to the 2013 Microsoft SharePoint Platform.

This will enable us to make the best use of this tool, which is completely integrated with the suite of other Microsoft tools that we use on a daily basis. In the coming weeks you will see the full potential of the platform. Some previews: the “social” feature, which will allow us to share ideas, find answers regarding our work and provide us with a quick and easy way to exchange information. We will also be able to publish any document and share it immediately with colleagues from our division and, if necessary, also with other divisions of the Vitec Group, or with people outside the organization, such as suppliers. All the contents present in SharePoint 2013 will be available and usable from outside the company, from smartphones and tablets, using secure connections. And that’s not all the important news. We have recently started a new project with our colleagues from the Videocom Division to make SharePoint 2013 a shared work platform, a sort of intranet which can be accessed by everyone, promote synergy between the two divisions, and work more efficiently. But there is more exciting news to come... stay tuned!

HIGHLIGHTS IMAGES FROM THE FAR EAST Renzo Rizzo

We all have images of tourists from the Far East - be it from Japan, China, Korea or other countries - moving around in cities like Rome, London or New York, taking so many pictures of themselves and the surrounding monuments. My recent visit to Seoul, Tokyo and Shanghai gave me the opportunity to experience how these “tourists” approach the imaging world when they are in their respective countries. And this reinforced my conviction that these markets are going to be critical for our growth in the coming years. I have never seen so much space dedicated to imaging products in any of the western countries I visited in my career and travels. Because a picture is worth a thousand words, here are a few pictures mixed with a few words:

Tokyo - At Yamada, a major consumer electronics store, there is 1.5 meters of space dedicated specifically to blowers to clean reflex mirrors! Isn’t this a strong signal of the attention and care local consumers must have towards their cameras and the quality of the images they are trying to get? We want to serve these consumers better and better!

Tokyo - This is the place where photo bags are not a black box, and where the opportunity for lifestyle photography bags is very evident. I can actually say the same is true for Seoul. In this store there was even a photo bag branded Converse, as well as a misspelled fake of our “Stile” line. This is very encouraging for the potential for our genuine Manfrotto Stile and NG collections, but we must hurry up!

Tokyo - At Yodobashi, our most important customer – a consumer electronic store that started as a photo specialist– there is literally a forest of tripods. Albeit we own a prime space here, we can probably help our Sales colleagues in leveraging our brands even better with POP materials that make our products stand out from the crowd!

Shanghai - We have a very good and well branded display in one of the first level stores in the new photo mall (the typical photo store format in big Chinese cities). In these stores there is floor space with tables to allow customers and merchant to talk about the products. There are excellent opportunities for instore visibility and experience! Seoul - In store visibility is a key issue here too: look at the shelves of a typical photo mall, where there are no walls to separate the different “stores”, only enclosed counters where the products are amassed on top of each other. Strong product differentiation and POP materials are a must!

Shanghai - The third floor of the same mall is a different story: the land of the fakes, where even consumers who want the real thing might have a hard time telling our products apart. Making it easy for them is key, as is having a program that gives recognition and incentives to the loyal dealers! Shanghai - More than one third of imaging enthusiasts in China are between 20 and 30 years old. These people tend to buy at new western-style shopping malls. Here though – different from the West – a lot of space is dedicated to photography. Being present is key to staying close to the new imaging enthusiast!

I hope that these few images give you at least a taste, for those who have not been, of the great opportunity these markets represent for our business. Consumers and the trade structure are very different from ours, but there seems to be much more passion and interest in imaging, as well as much more floor space dedicated to it. What a great opportunity to expand our global footprint and create new sales!

On May 21st Manfrotto strengthened its offering in iPhone® accessories, launching the new KLYP case for iPhone® 5 together with a truly innovative App. The combination of the LED light together with the tripod is now enhanced with the KlypApp, the first App which maximizes the benefit of your iPhone® accessories. KlypApp is the first Manfrotto photo App which supports iPhone® users in shooting video and pictures by simply clapping their hands. The selfrelease shutter function and the use of a tripod allow the user to easily be part of their pictures. The continuous LED light, to mount on top of the KLYP case, guarantees brighter images in low light situations, vivid color, natural skin tones, while avoiding the typical “redeye” effect. By pairing up the KLYP case to the Manfrotto PIXI mini tripod, users have a steady support, further improving the sharpness and the detail of their images for achieving crisp, clear pictures and shake free videos.

main areas: • A mini website: We have tried to set up a dynamic product page, in addition to the existing one, to show all the benefits of the product in an emotional, simple yet exhaustive way, not only using words but also through video and animation; • Emotional videos: In order to get into the consumer’s mind we felt we had to change the way of experiencing the product. Commercials lasting 60 seconds have been created to allow the consumers to identify themselves with the story and to convince them the product is worth buying;

• First photographic App: With the launch of products for smartphones, we have also decided to enter the App Store market with the first Manfrotto application expressly created for iPhonographers, KlypApp. The strength of the application is to allow the person to take pictures with just a clap. With this app users can create self-portraits and group photos, as well as editing and sharing pictures in real time on social networks.

The 500 head was presented this April during the NAB show in Las Vegas where it won the Videomaker Award as Best Camera Support 2013! It was developed to be aligned with the market that shows an increased presence and use of even more compact video cameras and HDSLRs.

All these tools have allowed us to add some humour and appeal to make our products special. All you have to do is visit the website and discover them together! Visit www.manfrotto.com/klyp and www.manfrotto.com/pixi for more info

HERE IS THE BEFREE On April 19th, we announced the launch of Befree, an innovative tripod dedicated to photographers who love to travel. At the same time the product was shown at the P&E Photographic Exhibition in Beijing; one of the most important event in Asia. It was the real star of the event with great feedback from the event’s visitors! The innovative Befree tripod, with its compact size and lightweight design, is very easy to pack. Thanks to its unique folding mechanism, the legs fit perfectly around the head and quick-release plate attachment to close to only 40 cm in length. No longer will photographers have to compromise on picture quality because they were not able to bring their heavy tripod along with them. Moreover, premium Italian design and finishing make Befree stand out from the crowd, giving all our customers not only a great tripod but a wonderful object expressing a unique style. With the summer season approaching, all the photographers planning their travels finally have a great travel tripod to carry with them, to capture and share their imagination and all of their most memorable moments.

A ROADTRIP THROUGH THE AMERICAN WEST:

THE BEFREE CAMPAIGN

We went from north to south, from the coasts inland, through Santa Monica, Joshua Tree, Death Valley, Mono Lake, San Francisco and Big Sur. We visited California far and wide to capture the magic atmosphere created by the colours, the light, the dawns and the sunsets of the big natural parks, the desert, the city lights and the amazing landscapes of the California coast. And what did we get? A lot of wonderful pictures, shots of the product in use in each location, three emotional videos: a reportage of the journey, a practical video showing Adam in action and a technical video about time-lapses and slow motion.

3000 kilometers, 6 shooting days, a camping van, a tripod and a team of 10 people, among which are Adam Barker www.adambarkerphotography.com - the famous American photographer specialized in landscapes, and the Bui Brothers www.buibrothers.com - two young talented videographers. These were the main characters in our California Tour for the Befree advertising campaign, the new, light, easy to use compact Manfrotto tripod, perfect for journeys and for digital reflex cameras.

We also collected videographers & photographers’ comments and webinars for the Manfrotto School of Xcellence website. And then three backstage videos focusing on Manfrotto equipment used during the journey and the first tutorial Video, in which Adam describes the product, its features and capabilities, by showing three pictures (a sunset, a waterfall and a night view). All this to make amateur photographers understand the importance of using the tripod, through a new, interactive dynamic website (www.manfrotto.com/befree). It was surely an unforgettable journey, a wonderful experience with friendly, talented people. I’m proud to have been a part of making it a success!

MANFROTTO AT

THE RESEGUP On June 1 Manfrotto was a proud sponsor of Resegup, an extraordinary race which takes place in the area of Lecco (Lombardy) every year, organized by 2Slow, an Italian amateur runners sports club. At the Resegup runners put themselves to the test, through the skyrunning discipline, along a route that connects the lake, mountains and the town. More than 500 athletes attended the 2013 edition, running for about 24 kilometers from Lecco town centre to Mount Resegone (1.877 meters on sea level). st

Manfrotto Imagine More supported the event as main sponsor and provided the official photographers and videographers of the event using its photographic equipment, confirming its mission: to promote a healthy lifestyle and allow people to take great pictures to be kept as everlasting memories. At the Resegup there was a special runner, our favourite one, our colleague Alessandro Bertelle, who took part in the race and came 49th out of more than 500 participants!!! The race was hard but exciting at the same time, as Alessandro confirmed: “We left from Lecco town centre at 03.30 pm and started to climb up the slopes of Mount Resegone. First, we went through the steep, narrow, paved lanes of the small villages around the mountain, and after a while we were in the wood! The temperature at 1.800 meters was 4o C., but we were all hot and straining a bit! And then out of the wood, and there we were, right below the steep side of the mountain…it was foggy, but we could hear our supporters rooting for us. The trail was so steep that we had to climb up using our hands. And then again back down to the town centre, until we got to the starting point, with an enthusiastic crowd waiting for us, shouting and clapping their hands. I made it, I came 49th in 2h 57mins! I was smiling and was happy about having just run through a great landscape, and about the extraordinary race itself, organized with such enthusiasm and passion.

NEWS

MANFROTTO IMAGINE MORE GOES BIKING Edoardo Dalla Fontana - Francesca Sandonà

Feltre, 7th June, 10.00 pm. The Castelli 24 hour bike race is about to start and the Manfrotto Imagine More team is there, ready to compete! The event takes place every year in Feltre. Both amateur and trained cyclists gather in teams of 12 people and compete in a race around the clock, with one common goal in mind: to do as many laps as possible within 24 hours! A trail of approximately 2 km, with slopes, climbs, and bends, through the old town. But the Castelli 24h is not just a simple cycling race, it is an event full of passion, competition, friendship and fun. It all began a few months ago when 2 colleagues working in Feltre were “joking” about their willingness to participate in this great event…they were dreaming of a Manfrotto cycling team. They didn’t stop there. They involved the company which then sponsored them to take part and provided them with brightly coloured cycling uniforms and finally a team made up of colleagues from both Feltre and Cassola was created. Let’s go back to Friday 7th June. The event kicked off with a fashion show and the team presentation; Manfrotto was represented by Anna Trintinaglia from Feltre, who walked the catwalk in the team uniform. And then the race began and our team faced challenges, had fun, and at the end achieved a great result too: 42nd place in the ranking! A success considering that this was the first time they had taken part in it and they are all amateurs! The event was definitely successful and all the participants are really enthusiastic and looking forward to participating in the 2014 Castelli 24h race!

CELEBRATING ALONDON-PARIS: CHARITY CHALLENGE OUR COLLEAGUE ENRICO:

THE CHERUCUP

It’s Thursday, it’s 07.00 am and we are climbing the first hill of the day. Not riding our bikes but pulling them behind, alongside our luggage, as we head for Greenwich Observatory in London and the start of our epic ride from London to Paris in aid of Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research. We will ride 430 km over four days to finish in a triumphant arrival around the Étoile and ending at the Eiffel Tower. 177 cyclists wait at the start. Motivational speeches from the organisers, countdown and we’re off, guided by motorcycle outriders as we cause chaos to London’s rush hour traffic. I see with satisfaction the official videographers are using a Manfrotto 504 kit. The first day’s riding is ended. Our bikes are loaded into a truck while we board buses which drive into Le Shuttle and onwards to Calais and our hotel for the night. Sleep is limited - my room-mate is a loud snorer! Instead I update my Facebook, and see I am tantalisingly close to my fundraising target.

The second edition of the CheruCup took place on Friday 14th June in a sports centre of the surrounding area of Bassano del Grappa. It’s an annual soccer event, with four teams playing to celebrate the life of Enrico Cherubin, our colleague from Cassola office, who passed away 2 years ago. In a light and pleasant atmosphere, the teams made up of Enrico’s friends and colleagues played four friendly matches, in front of a wide and very supportive audience. Colleagues, friends and relatives of Enrico crowded the sports centre to commemorate him. T-shirts with Enrico’s logo were sold to collect money for a local Italian foundation that helps children suffering from oncohematology diseases, LA CITTA’ DELLA SPERANZA (www.cittadellasperanza.org). The event continued into the evening with a barbecue, a charity lottery and an awards ceremony for the teams. More than 250 people attended the event reflecting how much Enrico was loved and appreciated.

Second day: more companions come and go - my HSBC friend, a building contractor, a City of London trader, a nightclub operator from Scotland. Many touched by leukaemia in some way, all with touching stories, all wanting to give back. Day 3 - Another sunny day, getting closer to Paris. Day 4 - The big day. It’s raining, but we don’t care. Just 30 km left; we start to realise just how incredible our achievement is. One last climb catches us by surprise but soon we pass La Défense and the Arc de Triomphe is in sight. We pour onto the Étoile as one in our London to Paris jerseys. Around the corner and the Eiffel Tower is in sight - I choke with emotion as I relive the camaraderie we have all shared over the four days. What a pleasure to see Sarah Radisson and her husband Charles, at the finish to welcome us with a cold beer! Are we riding back now? No, it’s the Eurostar for us. But I have to join the event again next year…. Nigel Fielden (Regional Director EMEA) and Mark Hoskins (Product Manager Supports MDUK) completed the London to Paris ride, raising funds for the charity Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research. Thanks indeed to all of you at Vitec who supported us through your sponsorship. If you’d also like to show your support, you can still contribute at www.justgiving.com/nigelfielden-l2p - everything you give goes towards helping find a cure for blood cancer.

A gift for Enrico’s family from the R&D team was presented: our new Befree tripod, that is equipped with technical details designed by Enrico himself! To make it more “special”, the tripod was customized with the logo of the CheruCup event. An unforgettable evening for those who were there and an important event to help us continue to remember Enrico.

From: Voghera (PV) Your hobbies: Travelling

Do you like photography? What are your favourite subjects: Yes, I like photography. I love landscapes & flowers Your role: Marketing Manager accessories for new photo devices With the Company since: June 2012

What was your first day at work like? My first day started with an early morning fine on my car…quite disappointing! Continued then by meeting a great number of very friendly new colleagues who helped me to forget about the initial frustration!!! Sum up your work experience here in one word: Exciting

A funny anecdote about something that happened to you here and you want to share with us: I cannot think of a funny anecdote now, but for sure a lot of fun at some events! I remember the great Brazilian party at Baveno during our annual sales meeting. Amazing! What you like most about your job: The level of responsibility and creativity I can apply to my every day activities, starting from new product development, jumping to marketing and communication What you like least about your job: Too many things to do sometimes!!!

An important thing you have learnt here: To collaborate and work closely in a team

What would you change in your life if you could go back in time: I would live abroad longer! I spent some years abroad while studying and also in my previous job. I lived 1 year in US, 2 years in Denmark, 1 year in Holland and in Poland and also 6 months in Vietnam! Amazing experience that I sometimes miss.. maybe Australia next?!!! And what would you not change: My spontaneity and straightforwardness – I always say what I think and I fight for what I really believe in. And…one more think I would not change….all the efforts I have made to be successful in what I do Your biggest wish in your life: Make changes happen and do things that make a positive impact on the life of others

Your hobbies: Ideally I would like to say “running” but my passion for barbecue wins! Do you like photography? What are your favourite subjects: I really like it but I don’t take many pictures on a daily basis. I prefer taking half a day off and dedicating myself 100% to photography. Lately I have been trying to improve portraiture. I would like to start taking pictures while diving

Your role: Marketing Manager Video supports With the Company since: January 2005 What was your first day at work like? I started as a process engineer, I met 2 colleagues straight away and they showed me the various departments and then straight to Pove 3 and Feltre for a full immersion! Sum up your work experience here in one word: Dynamic

A funny anecdote about something that happened to you here and you want to share with us: On the return flight from the NAB fair a couple of years ago, I was sitting in an aisle seat and there was a lady in her seventies sitting behind me. I noticed that to relieve her tension about the flight she ordered quite a few glasses of spirits…after half an hour she was completely drunk and was trying to massage my head and kiss my ears! Unluckily she was moved to the end of the row… What you like most about your job: Heterogeneity, the opportunity to interact with people both inside and outside the company What you like least about your job: Some periods are particularly intense and require more attention and energy. Not positive for stress, but interesting to test your own “mettle”

An important thing you have learnt here: Of the many things I have learnt, one which really struck me was how a change in a little detail or product could make such a big difference to the end user, and viceversa What would you change in your life if you could go back in time: Probably at the end of my University studies I would organize a trip abroad of a couple of years to see new places which would be more difficult to reach now, as they would require a long time off work.

And what would you not change: I would definitely not change my friends and family

Your biggest wish in your life: I would like to keep my passion for everything I do and realize when it finishes. I’m sure that this is one of the secrets of living peacefully and happily
