Our main focus this issue (although I’m sure you’ve already realised this by our beautiful snow-related cover) is skiing. We’ve explored the wintry virtues of five top European countries before looking towards five further mountain destinations across the USA and Canada. While skiing and winter sports facilities are obviously vitally important when choosing a chalet, lodge or apartment, the additional benefits of an all-season resort add to the property’s investment potential considerably.
