Tibet Advocacy Coalition Submission Report for Submission to the UN Committee Against Torture for Consideration of the Sixth Report of the People’s Republic of China on its Implementation of the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman, or Degrading Treatment or Punishment Joint Report Submitted on 26 October 2015 Preparation and co-authoring of this submission has been undertaken jointly by a coalition of Boston University’s Asylum & Human Rights Program, Tibet Advocacy Coalition [International Tibet Network, Students for a Free Tibet, Tibet Justice Center] with the support of the Southern Mongolian Human Rights Information Center and World Uyghur Congress. 175 International Tibet Network Member Groups from over 50 countries are signatories to the report.
