Forbidden City Forbidden City

Constructed between 1406 and 1420 during the reign of Emperor Chengzu of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). In the movie “Universiry War”, there is a scene where the teams must solve 300 questions without any mistakes. There is one of the team that uses a different method from the others, Team Kaist, which is make the teamwork concept by sharing job descriptions with each other.

Where one person checked for mistakes and the other three persons worked on solving the questions, but due to a lack of communication when working on the questions, the result were beyond predictions. It was predicted that only 30 questions were wrong, but unexpectedly it turned out that the questions they worked on, were more than 30 questionswrong.

They lacked communication between the teams, and also chose a complicated method so because of this the team took a long time to work onthequestions.

From this, we can conclude that teamwork requires good communication and also requires an effective strategy so that targets or goals are in accordancewiththeplan.
