Tuscan Herb Seasoned Pork Loin The tuscan herb pork roast is made with a succulent Sakura Farms center-cut pork loin, which has superior marbling and and a great fat cap that gets roasted to crispy-perfection. To prepare the pork loin, our butchers trim and portion a whole loin into 2 roasts, then generously season each piece with a Tuscan-inspired herb rub containing lemon, parsley, and garlic. Each roast is tied and vacuum sealed to lock in the freshness.

MENU SPOTLIGHT For an entree menu prepartion, slice the roast into 1/2 inch thick portions and serve alongside your signature roasted sides.

Barbacoa Seasoned Pork Collar Roast The barbacoa seasoned pork roast is made with a succulent Sakura Farms pork collar, also known as a centercut pork butt. The collar is known for exceptional marbling that lends itself well to slow roasting. To prepare the pork collar, our butchers trim and portion a collar into 2 roasts, then generously season each piece with a robust rub inspired by the flavours of Central Mexico, with guajillo chili, achiote, cumin, garlic and oregano.
