PRESIDENT’S STATEMENT Few industries are as challenging, dynamic and innovative as media is. One of the most demanding as well, considering the human factor involved on both sides of the spectrum: the talent implicated in creating attractive content and the audience who enjoys it. Reaching a common ground, a balance, may sometimes prove to be difficult for two persons, let alone for such a vast array of people, with different personalities, interests, beliefs. 2015 was a challenging year for Intact Media Group, yet its results proved strength and focus of the management and their teams: 6,3% EBIDTA to a turnover of around 100 million Euro. Over the last five years, we have contributed with 100 million Euros to Romania’s local budget, priding ourselves with being able to support the state in fulfilling its obligations towards the citizens. In 2015, we have also enriched our content platform, making it more intense and interactive. As our group and industry evolve, we have expanded our strategy by launching new projects such as Happy Channel, the classified ad portal lajumate.ro, while making a significant investment in HD technology. On the other hand, we have taken new steps with established brands - the overhaul of Jurnalul National newspaper and the revamp of our business portal Income, to mention but a few. In an ever fragmented media market, we have met our commercial public targets
with an integrated platform that has massive reach, thus making our business partners’ communication targets more valuable. The greatest source of our success is the family spirit which has always been the driving force of our group – a large family who has stood together through thick and thin. I would like to thank this large family as well as our partners and our audience, who make our group the preferred home to the best talent and ideas. Intact Media Group was built to stand at least 200 years and we have spent together the first 25 so far – there is a long journey ahead of us! INTACT MEDIA GROUP’S FORUMS Intact Media Group has initiated in the last years a series of debates on major topics of Romanian society. The forums moderated by Alessandra Stoicescu, executive director Intact Media Group, have gathered around all the stakeholders in the debated domains: public authorities, representatives of business environment, representatives of professional associations, consulting firms, representatives of central and local public administration. New editions of well established forums (Health Forum, European Funds), but also new themes extremly important for the Romanian society (Energy - Strategies for Romania, Procurement‑Streamline public resources, Energy Efficiency – Fundamental priority for Romania) were launched into public debate in 2015. In 2016, Intact Media Group debates will ensure ongoing dialogue between the authorities, business representatives and beneficiaries. ANNUAL REVIEW

Alongside its partners, donors, companies, journalists and public figures, the foundation managed to help 1.000.000 people through programs in the education, health, cultural, humanitarian and advocacy field. More than 10.000 flood victims were offered support and 75 houses were built; 350 children and adults were saved and 225 schools, libraries and medical centers were provided with the necessary equipment. The financial and material support offered to the Mereu Aproape Foundation amounts to more than 10 million Euros. 44

CONTRIBUTION TO COMMUNITY The group is actively involved in the social responsibility area, through the Mereu Aproape Foundation, but also through Antena 1’s main news journal (Observator) campaigns and Antena 3 initiatives. During its ten years of existence, The Mereu Aproape Foundation has raised more than10 Million euro ( financial and material support), which were directed to over 100.000 direct beneficiaries.
CONTRIBUTION TO EDUCATION IMG is responsible for training the next generations of media professionals, through internship programs and its own media school.
