Within the P&C subsidiary, National Security offers competitive programs including Dwelling Fire/Mobile Home, Limited Homeowners and Comprehensive Mobile Homeowners. A niche that Tennessee agents have found particularly useful within the Dwelling program is the Tenant Schedule option. This option makes it easy to insure multiple properties, with no limit as to the number of properties listed on a single policy, and the capability of adding or deleting risks at any time. The maximum policy limits offered in the Dwelling program and the Limited Homeowners program has been increased to $150,000. This program is designed for mobile homes ranging in value from $15,000 to $100,000 and may be written on mobile homes up to 20 years old. The program also provides Special Form 3 coverages with an optional replacement cost endorsement for partial losses available for homes 15 years and newer.
