I ENJOY USING BOTH AFFIRMATIONS AND HELPING PEOPLE SEE HOW THEY CAN BE APPLIED TO LIFE.
The way to use Positive Affirmations in Your Life
If I only repeat positive affirmations it won’t help if the limiting idea is still active.

Stillness, though, is the very thing that helps us savor the excitement. It’s what gives us the pause to check in with ourselves, to notice what we value, and to actuallybepresentinthosegoldenmomentsinsteadofmentallychasingthenext. Stillness grounds us. I personally know THE WONDERFUL RIA & SHE IS truly a gift to parents
Early Parenting Support
https://www.littleangelsleepsolutions.com
The Heartbeat of Early Parenting Sleep is one of the most crucial aspects of life. For centuries, scientific research has emphasized that obtaining sufficient rest each night is vital for maintaining health, emotional balance, and longevity. Yet, there exists a uniquely tender and transformative phase in every parent’s journey—the fourth trimester, also known as the postpartum period.
During this time, parents bask in the wonder of their newborns, marveling at each tiny yawn and peaceful nap. But they also face the harsh reality of disrupted nights, unpredictable routines, and the emotional toll that sleep deprivation can bring.
Ria Savoy, founder of Little Angel Sleep Solutions, has devoted over 25 years to walking alongside families through this delicate chapter. Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Ria brings a deeply nurturing, heart-centered approach to her work as a certified birth and postpartum doula, trained Newborn Care Specialist, and certified sleep consultant.
Her passion for newborn care—shaped by supporting more than 100 families across the U.S.—naturally evolved into sleep consulting, where she now specializes in helping babies from birth to age five develop healthy sleep habits. Ria’s approach is rooted in education, empathy, and empowering parents with the tools and confidence to navigate sleepless nights and establish gentle, developmentally appropriate routines.
Whether it’s guiding first-time parents through the fog of night feeds or supporting growing families in building consistent bedtime rhythms, Ria understands that sleep is more than just a biological need it’s foundational to healing, bonding, and thriving as a family.
Through Little Angel Sleep Solutions, she continues to make a meaningful impact, offering both virtual and in-person support to families in Philadelphia and beyond, helping them rest easier one night at a time.

Take advantage of the warm weather and get outside as much as possible Set up a sprinkler in the backyard, go to the local pool, or have a beach day. Outdoor play is great for kids’ physical health and can help burn off some of that extra energy. You may be like me and have a pool in your backyard. My kids will get bored of the pool quickly. I will encourage them to come outside with me every day to go swimming. I will also have them invite friends over because they would prefer to hang out in the pool with their friends.
Schedule Downtime
While it’s important to keep the kids active, it’s also crucial to schedule some downtime. Allow quiet moments where everyone can relax, read a book, or enjoy a quiet activity. This helps prevent burnout and gives everyone a chance to recharge. My kids are all currently burned out from school. They will all need some down time to recharge after working so hard at school
Encourage Reading
Keep those brain cells active by encouraging a love of reading. Create a summer reading list, visit the library regularly, or start a family book club. Reading is a wonderful way to keep kids entertained and learning throughout the summer My husband and I love to read, and we love it when we see the whole family reading together They will model us if they see us reading! It also helps to get them a new book from the library that they are excited to read!
Stay Cool and Hydrated
Remember to keep everyone cool and hydrated during the hot summer days Keep a stash of water bottles handy, offer plenty of fruits and veggies, and take breaks in the shade or indoors when it gets too hot outside I find that my daughter gets really cranky if she hasn’t eaten enough or had enough water Food and water are so important I also know how cranky my kids get if they are too hot They need AC and pool breaks to cool off
don’t be afraid to switch gears and try something new.
Lower your Expectations
You may have this idea of what you want your summer to look like. Don’t set the bar high. If the house is a mess, it’s ok. If the kids are staying in their pj’s for the day, it’s ok. Maybe you have to work all day, and you don’t have time to entertain your children. That’s ok! Your kids will be ok! Let go of expectations and try to just enjoy the summer with your children!
Boredom is ok!
I want to remind you that it is ok for your children to be bored While I want to have fun with my kids, I am not capable of being the entertainment committee all day Boredom leads to imagination! What will they come up with if they are bored? My daughter ended up making bracelets and selling them at her lemonade stand when she was bored
Schedule a camp or activity
If you can afford it, schedule a camp or activity for your children Even just a week in the summer can help break it up
Bonus Tip: Self-Care for Moms
Amid all the summer fun, don’t forget to take care of yourself. Schedule some “ me time” to relax and recharge. Whether it’s reading a book, taking a walk, or enjoying a quiet cup of coffee, self-care is essential for maintaining your sanity and energy levels. Your kids don’t mind if you take time for yourself. They want a happy mom! We want to model taking care of ourselves!
Summer with kids can be a wonderful adventure filled with laughter, learning, and love. With a little planning and a lot of flexibility, you can create a summer that your family will remember for years to come. Happy summer! Let’s make this a good one!

Thinking I created Theraracoach… nope, that title has been out for quite a while. I thought about it maybe five years ago, but people are feeling much more free to use it! The concept of combining therapy and coaching is becoming increasingly popular as individuals seek holistic approaches to personal development. Coaching has always implied teamwork so we work together to reach success in a shared way. In this collaborative dynamic, clients feel empowered to take charge of their lives while also receiving the guidance they need to navigate complex challenges.
Therapy/counseling is the process of talking to understand whether there is a mental health diagnosis and to provide treatment so the client can learn coping skills and awareness. A licensed therapist uses various techniques and interventions to help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In addition, therapy is for helping clients deal with how they feel about their relationships and challenges in life. Therapists create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can express themselves without judgment, allowing for genuine healing and growth.
These two approaches can merge depending upon the concern. For instance, some clients may seek therapy to address deeper emotional issues, such as trauma or anxiety, while simultaneously engaging in coaching to set and achieve specific goals. This integration can be particularly useful for clients facing significant life transitions, such as changing careers, navigating marriage, or adjusting to new roles in parenthood.
The combination of therapeutic techniques with coaching strategies allows for a more comprehensive approach to personal development. It comes in handy when motivation isn’t there in your career, life fulfillment, and moving huge roadblocks out of your way to meet with success. By working with both a therapist and a coach, clients can identify and overcome limiting beliefs, develop actionable plans, and foster resilience amidst life’s challenges.
This does require different training, but it’s well worth the outcome! Professionals looking to bridge the gap between therapy and coaching must possess expertise in both areas to provide the best support for clients. The fusion of these disciplines can lead to transformative changes, ultimately empowering individuals to live more fulfilling and purposeful lives. As society continues to embrace discussions around mental health and personal growth, the demand for such integrated approaches is likely to increase, paving the way for future innovations in the field.
j y y p y y tinuous thoughts of worry. People of all ages have begun to get out of their heads and realize it is okay to get help during or shortly after the pandemic. Our teens today will never have the same life experiences as those of us who never had our schools shut down during their time to learn social skills and lay the groundwork for their academic future. We must allow for these differences but not excuse them; we have to teach what was not taught. In between, as young adults struggling in this world with uncertainty, I remind you that nothing has changed: illness, war, shootings, and hardship have always been there. It is how you choose to educate yourself, rise above, and shine beyond the pale that matters. Learning to utilize support and continue on is a way of life! You’ve got this!
I wish for you a beautiful holiday season and a happy and healthy new year! Do not give in to fear. Expect it, control it, and live your life. life.
Practice positive self-talk; treat yourself as though you believe in yourself. Be someone you would want to stay friends with. Once you treat yourself with respect, you’ll find forgiving yourself for small things you typically question to be trivial. Practice treating others with care. We never know what has happened in someone else’s world. Not everyone brings their personal life into each conversation. Knowing this, we need to respect people’s boundaries, bad days, and tough moments. Look a little deeper this year while at the same time feeling a bit lighter! Perspective can create a whole new mindset

There are so many upbeat songs about summer! There are also many pictures of pools, picnics, and summer fun! All of these things depict happiness, family, and time away from work or school. That is not always how our time works, but it is the general sentiment that most of us in the U.S. have about summer, especially when living in a colder climate or finishing an academic year.
To that end, anyone who feels overworked, cold, or too exhausted due to the differing weather patterns of the seasons may have a more positive outlook in the summer. This is a typical trend due to increased activities, family time, and the general acceptance of time off from work as kids finish school until summer activities begin.
For those of us from the Northeast, like me, we start to get "spring fever," and when the weather is nice, it can be harder at times to focus on what we need to do, as we would rather be outside. The attitudes of students in school change due to both the rise in temperature and the end-of-school-year activities. The days are longer, which can extend our desire to not go right home or to leave early to meet friends and engage in more social activities or be outdoors.
As we inch into summer, our emotions may transition into a happier and lighter mood. Our connectedness to others may deepen as we spend more time outside and seek to do more.
Take advantage of summer, wherever you are in life’s seasons. Don’t let it pass you by. Each season has so much to offer us! My favorite season is fall! I love when it’s cooler, and everything looks so beautiful outside. The crispness in the air and the time when our light is still present but the heat is not I love being able to experience the seasons. That’s not for everyone; to me, winter on a beach every year would seem strange. Everyone has their own feelings about what makes them happy. There might come a time in my life when I feel differently. For now, I am a four seasons girl!

If you’ve ever felt stuck in neutral ambitious but uncertain, ready but unsure you’re not alone. Confidence, that elusive thing, often hides behind a wall of “maybe later” and “what if.” But here’s the good news: it’s not some mystical personality trait you’re either born with or not Confidence is practical It’s built like a muscle, exercised daily through deliberate, sometimes uncomfortable action When you combine that practice with real self-awareness and modern tools, you don’t just chase your goals you move toward them with purpose Living your best life isn’t about waiting for lightning to strike It’s about learning to spark your own fire
Start
If your confidence feels brittle, start where the stakes are low When you consistently follow through on micro-commitments answering that email you’ve put off, hitting a 20-minute walk each day you teach your brain something powerful: “I show up for myself.” Small victories might seem unimpressive, but they accumulate. They help shift your identity from someone who hopes to someone who acts. And once you internalize that shift, you start betting on yourself more often.
Bounce
Look, not every rough day at work means you need to quit, but if you're waking up already tired, dreading emails, and snapping at people for no reason—something’s off. You can’t “gratitude journal” your way out of a toxic job, and pretending it'll get better just because you toughed it out last week isn't a plan. If the stress is messing with your focus, killing your motivation, making you anxious, cranky, or keeping you up at night, that’s not just burnout— that’s your body waving a red flag. Sometimes the strongest move isn’t pushing through, it’s packing it up and finding something that doesn’t cost you your sanity.
Stop Romanticizing the Comfort Zone
Comfort is seductive It's also where dreams go to idle The truth is, nothing that stretches you will feel great at first You’ve got to be willing to feel awkward, unsure, maybe even foolish That’s the tax on growth Each time you step out asking a question in a room full of experts, submitting a project before it feels perfect you’re training your nervous system to survive discomfort That’s the secret Confident people don’t feel fearless They just know the fear won’t break them
Try Online Therapy (Seriously, You Don’t Have to Be Falling Apart)
A lot of folks still think therapy’s only for when everything hits the fan, but that’s just not the case anymore. Honestly, it’s more like going to the gym for your brain only without the weird locker room lighting. Online therapy, like what InspireAmind.net offers, is this low-key way to untangle all the nonsense running through your head on loop. You start to catch those old thought patterns stuff like “I’m not good enough” or “Why even try?” and actually question if they’ve earned the space they’re renting in your brain. And yeah, it’s not magic, but having a regular, no-judgment space to talk it out can shift things in a way that sticks.
Cheryl Conklin continued…
Talk to Yourself Like You Talk to a Friend
You wouldn’t call your best friend a failure for missing a deadline or messing up a meeting. Yet, that’s often the voice running inside your own head. Confidence blooms when you change the tone of that internal monologue Replace brutal self-critique with realistic support It's not about delusion it’s about fairness Try saying, “That was tough, but I’m figuring it out,” instead of “I never get anything right ” Over time, your self-talk becomes a scaffold, not a wrecking ball
Surround Yourself with People Who Want You to Win
Motivation is contagious, and so is defeatism If you’re constantly around people who deflect responsibility, belittle ambition, or default to cynicism, you’ll start mimicking that energy It matters who you text when you’re doubting yourself Seek out people who remind you of your power, not your limits. That doesn’t mean they’ll always tell you what you want to hear but they’ll believe in your ability to figure it out. Your community should feel like wind in your sails, not weights on your ankles.
Give Up on “Someday” and Choose a Real Deadline
You will never feel completely ready. That’s the cruelest trick your brain plays. So stop waiting for the green light from the universe. Set a date. Launch the project. Apply for the role. Book the trip. You don’t need every answer before you begin you just need a start line and the willingness to figure things out along the way. Deadlines add pressure, yes, but the right kind. The kind that forces you to prioritize momentum over perfection.
Protect Your Energy Like It’s Currency—Because It Is
Confidence isn’t just a mindset it’s a resource. And it’s drained by endless scrolling, pointless arguments, bad sleep, and the comparison trap. Start noticing what makes you feel depleted versus energized Pay attention to what makes you feel capable versus what makes you question everything You don’t need to overhaul your entire life overnight Just cut one draining habit and add one energizing one Over time, that reallocation of energy adds up to something powerful: presence, clarity, and a steady hand on the wheel
Building confidence isn’t about becoming someone else it’s about removing what’s been blocking your view of who you already are The steps are small, human, and repeatable You’re not waiting for some permission slip from the universe to begin You’re starting now, exactly where you are, using what you have. And that’s more than enough. You won’t feel bulletproof every day. But you’ll trust your ability to handle what comes next. And that kind of confidence? That’s how you live not just your best life but your real one.

"Mr Holland’s Opus” has stood the test of almost a decade! it remains one of the only films that tackles self- actualization, fulfillment, the career of teaching, family interactions, the art of music, and disability all in one.
This movie is powerful to teens and adults as it has all the right “stuff”. Adversity, and struggles but unlike some movies these are never easily resolved. It acknowledges moving into the 20 Century and the transition in music and technology. th
tragedies and challenges, and somehow brings you back each episode to what is most important: how you feel during a challenging episode in your life and reflections on how you managed it. While giving deep insight into where you may be now, in the present moment, the most amazing thing is showing everyone’s perspective to create self-awareness and help us, the people watching, live in the present moment.
It’s pretty amazing the way you don’t even see it coming but the teachable moments for both teacher, student and parent come at you like a ton of bricks! It takes a while to truly unravel everything. This move is not one dimensional.
The most incredible thing is community, depending upon your life experiences … you may need to open your heart and mind to the fact that teachers can be inspirational influences in their students lives. At home they are also pivotal to their family.
All of dream of making an impact on the world, sometimes our dream are so big that we don’t see the impact we actually make!
Bringin the injectable industry since 2019. Feel good on the inside and look your best on the outside!
Dermal fillers consist of hyaluronic acid mixed with lidocaine, which are injected into various areas of the skin to improve volume, hydration, and restore facial symmetry.
Patients with age spots, sun damage, visible vessels, and rosacea can expect notable improvement in just 1-3 IPL treatments, compared to 4-6 sessions with standard methods. Prolonged sun exposure can lead to brown spots on the face, chest, hands, and other areas. Whether you are concerned about brown or red spots, our IPL treatment can help you achieve your desired results.
Sculptra is a non-surgical injectable treatment that gradually enhances lost facial volume, emphasizing and enhancing your natural beauty. Unlike traditional fillers, Sculptra stimulates your skin’s collagen production, resulting in long-lasting, natural appearance. The benefits of Sculptra develop over time, with a series of treatments suggested to reach optimal results. You’ll notice smoother skin and a refreshed look that can last for up to 2 years.
PRP is a natural therapy using your blood's growth factors to rejuvenate and restore your skin, hair, and overall appearance. A small blood sample is drawn, processed to isolate platelet-rich plasma, and then applied or injected into targeted areas. PRP works well with treatments like microneedling for even better outcomes. It is safe, minimally invasive, and has little to no downtime, providing a natural way to achieve striking results while enhancing your natural beauty.https://www.beautyfx716.com/
