Inspira Health Named Top Workplace

At Inspira Health, caring is at the basis of everything we do; it’s the way we treat our patients, each other and every person that we come into contact with throughout our organization. But just as importantly, our employees are also at the center of everything we do.

Our staff’s dedication to caring has created a positive culture that fosters pride, loyalty and increased patient satisfaction. So, it is a great privilege and honor that for the second year in a row, both The Philadelphia Inquirer and NJ Advance Media (NJ.com) have named Inspira Health as one of the Top Workplaces for 2023 in the “Large Company” category.

The Philadelphia Inquirer award honors organizations in and around the Delaware Valley that have the best workplace cultures, while the NJ.com award honors organizations only in New Jersey. Both surveys were conducted in the latter part of 2022 and were both administered by Exton, Pa.-based Energage LLC, which conducts Top Workplaces surveys in more than 60 markets nationwide. Most crucially, for each award, organizations are chosen solely on anonymous employee feedback. And thanks to our employee’s feedback, we can call ourselves a winner of the Top Workplace 2023 award from two wholly separate and well-respected news outlets.

This is the second year in a row we’ve earned this recognition from both The Philadelphia Inquirer and NJ.com. Earning a Top Workplace award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from our staff — the ones who make this organization who we are, and who care so deeply for the communities we serve. We appreciate everyone’s hard work and dedication, and we will continue to make Inspira Health a great place to work, now and far into the future.
