An Actor, Director, and Cultural Activist, not only is he a Guru sanctioned by the hallowed National School of Drama, but also the Founder of Jaipur Repertory, Shubh Vichar Sanstha, a guiding light which radiates to enlighten society through the penultimate transforming strength of the arts.

From his academic success—completing studies in drama and classical music with honors from Rajasthan University—to his emotionally fulfilling performances on TV and stage, Jeetendra Sharma has always shown that art is not only a vehicle of expression, but also a potent force for transformation. His path from a serious student to an acclaimed Youth Ambassador to the Government of India, and from departmental chairman to a cultural secretary, is a testament to his singular ability to inspire and lead.

A Guru of the Stage, a Servant of the Soul Jeetendra's journey is not merely one of personal achievement; it is a story of profound dedication to his art and to the service of others. For the past five years, he has served as a Music-Drama Guru under the esteemed repertory of the National School of Drama (NSD) in New Delhi, the country's most respected drama college. Under his tutelage, students receive continuous training in the arts, with the added benefit of a monthly stipend from the Ministry of Culture, a testament to the value of his guidance. His role is a powerful statement about the importance of arts education and its ability to shape young lives.

But his commitment to teaching began long before his time at NSD. With 15 years of experience as an "Art Teacher," Jeetendra has been a steadfast presence in arts education since 2010. He has served at institutions like Deepshikha Teacher Training College and Mahatma Gandhi Teaching Training College in Jaipur, bringing his expertise to a new

generation of artists. His philosophy is simple: "Art is not a luxury; it is a necessity for the soul."

The Path Less Traveled: Empowering Rural Youth The true mark of his leadership, however, lies in the deeply personal and selfless mission to bring arts education to rural youth. He recounts the immense hardship he faced as a young man, traveling four hours by bus and on foot to reach a stage in Jaipur and returning home late at night on a deserted road. "I used to walk four kilometers on foot and return home by 12 a.m. on the deserted road in the dark night," he recalls.

Determined to spare others this struggle, he launched a mission to provide free workshops and stage performances to interested students in rural schools and colleges. For him, the city's late-night classes are a barrier, not an opportunity.

By bringing music and drama directly to rural communities, he has "provided music, drama workshops and stage performances" to those who would otherwise be deprived.

This is a powerful act of service. To date, he has given free training to over a thousand students, embodying his belief that "art should have no barriers, only open doors." This is a story of a leader who understands that true influence is not about occupying a position, but about creating a path for others to follow.

A Platform for Dreams: The Empowerer of a Generation Jeetendra Sharma's leadership story is defined by his unwavering commitment to creating opportunities for emerging artists. Recognizing a critical void, he took the initiative to build platforms where talent could shine. "Since joining the music department in Rajasthan University," he explains, "I have taken the initiative to provide a platform to those talented artists who do not get an opportunity to show their art."

This commitment began during his student years and continues to this day. While serving as the President of the Student Union, he organized massive cultural programs like "Dhadkan," "Yuva Maha Utsav," and "Millennium Youth Festival," which served as launchpads for thousands of young talents. These events were more than just shows; they were transformative experiences that honed skills and boosted confidence.

This philosophy of empowerment culminated in the founding of "Shubh Vichar Sanstha" (Auspicious Thoughts Organization). For the past 16 years, this organization has been a beacon for artists, providing training, performance opportunities, and recognition to those who have completed their higher education in the arts. Through its regular events—such as the Jaipur Music Festival, Jaipur International Music Award, and Rural Theatre Workshop—the organization has provided a stage to more than 5,000 artists. This remarkable achievement proves that true leadership is not about personal acclaim but about building a foundation for others to succeed. Jeetendra Sharma is a leader who understands that a single opportunity can change a life, and he has dedicated his life to creating those opportunities for an entire generation of artists.

The Art of Service: A Messenger for Society Jeetendra Sharma's leadership extends far beyond the stage; he is a beacon of social consciousness, using the power of art to deliver vital messages to society. He believes that music and drama are not just for entertainment but are powerful tools for change. Through more than 15 drama presentations, he has tackled pressing social issues, from de-addiction and environmental conservation to the importance of respecting elders. He even created a specific drama on de-addiction. He presented it in two dozen colleges across Jaipur, leading to more than a thousand youths taking the pledge to get sober. This remarkable achievement showcases his ability to turn a performance into a profound call to action.

His commitment was put to the test during the devastating IOC fire accident in Jaipur, where he selflessly provided service. Today, his Shubh Vichar Sanstha works tirelessly with the Ramesh & Sharda Agarwal Foundation, providing various services to three old-age homes in Jaipur, ensuring that residents feel loved and celebrated on every festival.

A Life of Selfless Service Since childhood, Jeetendra's journey has been deeply intertwined with social service. During his college days, he became a volunteer for the Rashtriya Seva Yojana,

For the past 16 years, he has been a relentless advocate for forests and wildlife, raising awareness for over 100,000 students across 100 schools and donating trees under the "Ek Ped Abhiyan (One Tree Campaign)."

What makes his story truly awe-inspiring is that "all of this work was done by self-motivation without taking financial support from anyone." This is a leader who embodies his principles, proving that the most profound change is fueled by passion, not profit. His journey is a powerful testament to the fact that with dedication and a kind heart, one person can indeed change the world. He has stated that such work will continue, ensuring his legacy of service will endure.

The Pinnacle of Recognition: A Legacy Etched in Honor Jeetendra Sharma's awe-inspiring journey culminates not just in the lives he has touched but in the prestigious honors that recognize his profound impact. These accolades are more than mere awards; they are a powerful testament to a life dedicated to service and art. He is a leader who has been recognized at the highest levels, a true testament to his unwavering commitment to his craft and his community.

In 2025, his work was acknowledged on a national scale when he received the "Best Cultural Worker" award from the Government of Goa, an honor presented by the Governor himself. This accolade solidifies his status as a national treasure in the arts. He has also been twice recognized by one of the living legends of Indian music, Padma Bhushan Grammy winner Pandit Vishwa Mohan Bhatt. In both 2023 and 2025, Jeetendra received the "Pandit Manmohan Bhatt Smriti Award," an honor given to a music personality for "outstanding contribution in the 20-year journey of music, drama, and literature."

His impact has resonated with giants of the film and theatre world as well. The renowned actor Tusshar Kapoor presented him with the "Global Award" and the "Icon Actor and Director Theatre Award" in 2025, a powerful recognition of his influence on the stage and beyond.

Furthermore, his alma mater, Rajasthan University, honored his legacy on the 50th anniversary of its Music Department.

At the hands of the Vice Chancellor, he received the "Vishisht Pratibha Samman" (Distinguished Talent Award) in 2023, a poignant acknowledgment from the very institution where his journey began.

Jeetendra Sharma believes that service can be done through thoughts, change can come through thoughts, and social service can be done without money. On this thought and

principle, the world's first NGO, Shubh Vichar Sanstha, was created. There are so many NGOs in the world. But every NGO works with money transactions. These can be fraught with corruption.

"But I believe that NGOs can provide work and service without paying any money."

For example, you provided food and clothes to the elderly at an old-age home. "This social service was done, but I believe that we should give such thoughts and training to our young generation that they never send their parents to old age homes."

This work can be done by sharing your ideas in conversations, social posts, etc. If someone understands your idea and improves it, then not just one but many people can get food from your idea.

After becoming the winner, an emotional Jeetendra said, "Mr. India is special for me because its motto is 'Break Free from Addiction'. "For a long time, I have been giving messages on drug de-addiction and social awareness through my plays, and now this platform will also be an opportunity to work in the same direction," says Jeetendra Sharma.

It is noteworthy that Jeetendra Sharma, who belongs to a farming family of Malwa village (Jaipur), was also selected in the top 30 of Grasim Mr. India a decade ago. During that period, he walked the ramp with stars like Dino Morea and John Abraham. He holds a Master's degree in Classical Music from Rajasthan University and also holds higher education in Kathak, Tabla, and Drama.

Presently, he is conducting cultural and social activities through Shubh Vichar Sanstha in Jaipur and is giving a positive message to society through art and culture.

This idea brought about both service and transformation, without any financial investment. This principle and such a good idea will be the first NGO in the world.

Jaipur, 7 September 2025. Jeetendra Sharma, a young theatre and cultural activist from the capital Jaipur, won the title of Mr Bharat-2025 in the grand finale held at the five-star hotel Crown Plaza in Delhi-Gurgaon. In the finale of this prestigious LIT modelling competition, British actor and fitness model Jaishan Shah (film Heeramandi fame) honoured him by crowning him Mr. India.

Jeetendra Sharma won the title after a tough competition from over 500 contestants from across the country. The finale consisted of four rounds: ramp walk, ethnic wear, western wear, and talent round.

Jeetendra presented his social concerns during the ramp walk, showcased the colours of Jaipur's rural culture in ethnic wear, and impressed the jury with his western look.

n the bustling heart of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, where dreams often collide with determination, one man dared to rise above life's unpredictable waves. Mr. Sunny Mukeshbhai Bhojwani, today a well-respected Manager and British Council Certified Immigration Advisor at Big Wins Visa Consultancy, is a shining example of how grit, humility, and purpose can transform a life from humble beginnings to international impact.

Born and brought up in Ahmedabad, Sunny grew up in a joint family — a close-knit household of ten members where values of hard work and unity were woven into daily life. From an early age, he nurtured dreams that reached far beyond the familiar lanes of his hometown. His passion for learning and curiosity about the wider world led him to pursue his education in Commerce, completing his schooling right in the city that raised him. Yet, destiny had already begun scripting a much larger story for him.

After finishing his twelfth standard, Sunny's ambitions took flight when he traveled to Singapore to pursue a diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Living independently in a new country, he balanced his studies with part-time jobs in hotels and restaurants, developing the discipline and confidence that would later define his career.

He worked with renowned establishments like Pan Pacific Hotel and Sitara Hotel & Sarvana Bhavan Restaurant, immersing himself in the demanding yet rewarding world of hospitality.

But just as his journey abroad seemed to be gaining momentum, life threw him an unexpected curve. Due to work permit complications, he was compelled to return to India. It was a disheartening moment — the kind that can either break a dream or rebuild it stronger. Sunny chose the latter.

Returning home with international experience but limited opportunities, he began again — this time at the very bottom. His first job in India was at Subway, earning just ₹6,500 a month. He swept floors, mopped tables, and chopped vegetables. For many, such a setback might have felt humiliating, but for Sunny, it was a test of perseverance. Within just fifteen days, his dedication and work ethic caught the attention of his seniors, and he was promoted to Manager. From then on, his name became synonymous with reliability and leadership across eight Subway outlets in Ahmedabad.

However, the ambitious young man still yearned for something greater — a career that combined his people skills, global exposure, and compassion for others. Fate intervened again, this time in the form of a harsh lesson.

While exploring opportunities to move abroad once more, Sunny was deceived by a fraudulent immigration agent who vanished after taking ₹5 lakh. That experience, though painful, sparked a new purpose in him. He realized that if someone like him — educated, aware, and hardworking — could be misled, countless others must be suffering the same fate. That moment changed everything.

In 2013, Sunny decided to enter the immigration industry himself — but with a difference. He pledged to be the kind of advisor he never had: transparent, trustworthy, and client-first. What began as a small freelancing effort gradually grew into a full-fledged career. Today, with over 12 years of experience, he has successfully assisted more than 800 students in securing visas for countries like Canada, the UK, Australia, the US, and New Zealand, along with helping over 50 families achieve permanent residency in Canada.

Sunny's professional ethos is built around one golden principle — "Work with heart, not just hands." His journey

from being defrauded to becoming a beacon of honesty in the immigration world has earned him immense respect.

"Transparency is the foundation of trust," he often says. To him, every client deserves full clarity — from the use of their personal email IDs to direct updates on their application status. His aim is not just to process visas but to empower dreams responsibly.

When asked about the driving force behind his success, Sunny never hesitates — it's his mother. "Whatever I am today, it's because of her belief in me," he says with quiet pride.
