Peach and Berry Tart
Ingredients: 1 cup pecans, chopped 1/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup butter, melted 1 tbsp. honey 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 2 tsp. orange zest 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tsp. vanilla extract 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese 3 peaches sliced 1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt 1/2 cup blackberries 1 tbsp. orange preserves 1 tbsp. fresh orange juice Directions: Mix pecans, flour, butter and salt in processor and pulse until combined. Press mixture in greased pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Beat cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, honey, zest, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread mixture in crust and top with peaches and berries. Whisk preserves and juice to brush on top of fruit. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Serve chilled.
