The duct tape may still be on your prototype, but we invest in disruptive technological innovations from the earliest stages. While others may hesitate, InnovationQuarter often leads in recognizing potential. We also continue our financial support beyond the Series A funding round.
Our investment strategy emphasises long-term commitment. With more than €300 million in assets under management, we operate four distinct funds: UNIIQ, InnovationQuarter Capital, ENERGIIQ and Energy Transition Fund Rotterdam (ETFR).

Funding
As one of the most active investors in the Netherlands, InnovationQuarter strategically invests patient capital in disruptive startups and scaleups that aim to make the world smarter, greener and healthier. These projects carry high technological risks but also promise significant impact. We invest patiently, without a short-term investment horizon, always prioritizing the entrepreneur. Our investments range from €250,000 to €10 million and include convertible loans, equity and subordinated loans. We leverage a network of more than 250 co-investors to maximise follow-on funding and co-funding. Every euro we invest typically leads to four euros in follow-on funding.
