INTRODUCTION At Stonyhurst we appreciate the importance of offering child care provision for our pupils during the school holidays. Annually we welcome hundreds of young children from Stonyhurst and beyond to take part in our range of holiday offers.

We aim to provide a high quality service which meets the needs of both parents and children.

For parents, this means knowing that your child is safe and happy in a club or holiday camp that is reliable, and consistently offers a high standard of service.

Likewise, we understand the importance of providing an environment for every child that is safe, supportive, encouraging & challenging – an environment where they can explore, make new friends, try new activities and most importantly, have fun!

Stonyhurst has a number of clubs, camps, courses and workshops available at different times throughout the year, ensuring there is something on offer for every child:

St Mary’s Hall Holiday Club offers an action packed programme of engaging, inclusive activities for children aged 3–11. The programme is designed to reassure parents by providing quality care during the holidays.

We offer a fantastic range of activities for children to have a great time getting involved with, from creative art and crafts, baking and exploring the countryside, to relaxing with friends and watching their favourite films. Not forgetting fun times in the swimming pool and tennis dome, as well as a delicious and nutritious two-course hot lunch.

STONYHURST TENNIS CAMPS Book online by visiting sportscentre@stonyhurst.ac.uk At Stonyhurst we are proud to offer high-end, intensive tennis training courses to Stonyhurst pupils and children across the wider community during the school holidays.

Our aim is to improve existing skills and challenge your child to learn new ones, with the help of a motivated and passionate coach.

The high performance training programme will be led by a professionally qualified Tennis Coach.

THE FACILITIES Our state of the art tennis dome and variety of outdoor courts makes Stonyhurst the perfect location for tennis coaching.

The dome is 10m high and offers two Grand Slam size tennis courts, with high-performing acoustics and glare-free playing conditions.

The facilities and top quality training programme offered at Stonyhurst will nurture the next generation of players.

THE STONYHURST SUMMER SPORTS CAMP Book online by visiting sportscentre@stonyhurst.ac.uk Stonyhurst’s Summer Sports Camp offers a fun-filled week of sports and activities for children aged 5–16 years during the summer holidays.

With our fantastic range of state of the art sports facilities, from a 25m indoor swimming pool to a championship standard tennis dome, the Stonyhurst Sports Camp offers a variety of activities to guarantee an action-packed week for all involved!

Our specially-designed timetable, small group numbers and professional, qualified staff, ensure each child receives individual attention. This is a unique opportunity for young children of all abilities to learn new skills and try new activities in an enjoyable and safe environment.

Activities include swimming, water polo, football, basketball, tennis, crazy golf and so much more!

STONYHURST STAGE SCHOOL Book online by visiting enterprises@stonyhurst.ac.uk This Easter St Mary’s Hall is launching a brand new drama camp for children aged 8–13!

Stonyhurst Stage School is the perfect opportunity for children to develop new skills and techniques, whilst introducing young people to the creative world of theatre, through games, storytelling, improvisation and character creation.

We offer a week long programme with full days schedules, culminating in a fantastic performance at the end of week, delivered to friends and families in the Centenaries Theatre.

THE FACILITIES Our state of the art Centenaries Theatre provides the perfect environment for children to thrive and immerse themselves in the world of drama. The theatre is fully equipped for productions and as a rehearsal space, with professional sound and lighting equipment, with comfortable seating for an audience of up to 250.
