After a full involvement in all operational and start up activities related to the preopening, and next to an exhaustive local commercialization of a new concept, I’m now responsible of the fully management of the company including the full P&L and the daily operating activities. EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:
As GM of the new properties in Malpensa, which has been officially opened in October 2011, I was heavily involved in all pre-opening activities.
I conducted a full process of relation with local authority on behalf of the company and liaising directly with the hotel owner assuring all the support to head office for the start up process.
Since the opening, important result has been achieved such as brand positioning within the area, and economic result for every single year of my stay in the hotel.
