Hedrick Brothers started with two employees in 1979 and has steadily grown to now over 200 team members who provide professional project management, quality craftsmanship and outstanding service. Our team consists of talented, high-performing, and experienced professionals and craftsmen. They are passionate about building and developing quality projects and providing uncompromised excellence to national and regional clients for their most demanding and complex projects.
CULTURE
Culture is the most powerful factor in an organization. It can be defined as “the collective way we do things around here.”
At Hedrick Brothers, the corporate culture is created as the result of the internal communication and behaviors that tell us what is valued in the organization.
Since the beginning, our foundational principles have remained unchanged: be relational, maintain the highest level of integrity, deliver a quality product, and keep our commitment as strong at the end of the project as it is at the beginning. Our team is dedicated to preserving these values and work ethic that define the environment of Hedrick Brothers.
Build the BEST CULTURE that builds the BEST BUILDINGS

The Hedrick Brothers team is honored to be a community partner for the South Florida Chapter of Xcel Strategies, a soft skills, job skills, and trade skills mentoring group for young men and women between the ages of 15 and 25.
The first Xcel Virtual Design and Construction Mobile Training Unit was unveiled in June 2022, which features job skills and hands-on virtual design and construction training. The mobile training unit was designed by our Director of Virtual Design and Construction, Butch Carmichael. Butch, Jorge Ramos, and Vitor Da Silva serve as VDC mentors for the program. After her 2023 summer internship, Xcel graduate Karlie Victor joined the Hedrick VDC team and now volunteers as a program mentor.
The Hedrick Brothers Space Coast team is developing future construction professionals and craftsmen by providing hands-on and classroom training to Cocoa High School students in Brevard County. As a thank you, the students from the Spring 2021 class presented our team with a handmade wooden USA flag. As proud members of the Brevard County community, our new flag hangs at the entrance to our Melbourne office for everyone to enjoy!
The best way to shape the future is by serving others.

• Security assessment
• Site logistics planning
• Hazard/exposure assessment
• Gap assessment
• Local/specialty code review
