Infinite Energy performs most of its operations in house, including trading, software development and customer care.

Infinite Energy was founded in 1994. Our headquarters is in Gainesville, Florida, with additional employees in Atlanta, Georgia and Houston, Texas.
SERVICE AREAS Infinite Energy provides electricity in Texas and natural gas in Florida, Georgia, New York and New Jersey. We serve residential, commercial and industrial users.
We also serve large-volume industrial customers able to take advantage of competitive natural gas markets in other states. Our current focus includes Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Alabama and Louisiana.

COMPANY HISTORY 1994: Infinite Energy began operations as a wholesale provider for utilities and large industrial customers. The company became profitable within three months.
1997:
Infinite Energy began serving retail customers in Florida
1998: Infinite Energy was among the first retail suppliers when energy choice opened in Georgia. It is one of only three original marketers still serving the state.
2004:
I nfinite Energy began supplying natural gas in New York and New Jersey
2010:
Infinite Energy began supplying electricity in Texas
2015: The company purchased naming rights to Infinite Energy Center in Gwinnett County, Georgia
Today: Infinite Energy is one of the oldest independent marketers in the nation

Once you partner with Infinite Energy, you’ll be assigned a single point of contact who is familiar with your book of business, market focus and payment structure. Your representative will handle all of your requests at every stage of the account life-cycle, from pricing to payout.

RATES AND PRICING Great service begins with great rates, and we’re here to help your clients get the best price possible from us.
Our in-house traderoom transports natural gas on over 30 pipelines and hubs throughout the United States and Canada. We offer real-time rates to make sure we offer the most competitive pricing possible.
In Florida, New York, New Jersey and Texas, we offer pre-set daily rate options to help you quickly target a specific service area’s rates. You can also save time by generating contracts directly from our online portal.
PAYMENT OPTIONS We have several different payout options to meet your individual needs. We offer flexible payment terms on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Residual payout: Our most popular option pays a commission on each commodity unit a customer uses. The amount accrues as the customer is billed for the usage, and it is eligible for payout when the customer pays the account balance in full.
Flat-fee payout: This is a one-time commission payment per customer. A flat fee is paid the month following enrollment and acceptance by the distribution company.
Upfront payout: This is a one-time commission payment based on the customer’s estimated usage and the length of the service term. The upfront sourcing fee is paid the month following enrollment and acceptance by the distribution company.
MASS MARKETING We can set up mass marketing campaigns for residential and commercial accounts. We offer this service in New Jersey, Florida, Georgia and Texas.
Whether you prefer to conduct your campaigns door to door, by telephone or online, we’ll provide the tools to help your team succeed.
We’ll work with you on talking points and phone scripts to address the key points customers need to know. And your online customers can sign up directly with an affiliate link or with our API solution if you have your own enrollment process.
