We are a small sized BIG AGENCY with a collective advertising experience of over 40 years; Isn’t it strange then that you haven’t even heard of us, yet?
Boing is a new age agency that has a very unique style of working. Like other agencies, we don’t hire people on a permanent basis. Because we know that a creative person whose passion is automobile can’t produce great work on a skin care product and vice versa. Every business requires a different approach. Hence, depending on the brand and product requirements, from our data base we choose the best art and copy people who have worked on the category before and are passionate about it. The results of this new way of working can be seen in the work we have produced for our clients like Nirma, Anchor, Greatwhite electricals, Finolex, Tata Housing, Sony to name a few. Our passion has fuelled many challenger brands to grow and compete with the leaders. In the process, we have created some path breaking work. Little wonder that between us we share 26 legitimized awards.
As individuals our personalities and grooming has been very different and distinct. Among us, we have headed top advertising and digital agencies in India working across categories such as FMCG, Finance, Durables, Retail, Real Estate etc.
Our combined expertise is in producing creative with a holistic point of view. What binds us together is a common cause, which is also the source of our passion.

We believe that every business is unique, hence generic formulae often falls short of addressing the real need.
Our approach is quite business focused. We believe in first understanding the business and ambition of our clients. We then dive in deeper to identify the core issue/opportunity and then use the power of ideas to create a credible and sustainable solution.
As strategic thinkers and ideas people, one of the few rules we have in our agency is NEVER EVER EVER produce work for clients, for which there exists no human insight.

Anand Karir CREATIVE MENTOR
In his 24 year long advertising career, Anand Karir has worked with some of the top agencies and brands in India. Some of the brands that he has handled include Nirma, Tata Value Homes, McDonalds, Times of India - lead India, Tata Motors, MTV Roadies, Unilever (Huggies), Idea Cellular, Nestle, ICICI, Big Bazaar and many more. But Anand likes to make a special mention of brands like Reliance Netconnect, Anchor electricals, Fem Oxybleach (now owned by Dabur), Gulf Oil, Nirma Advance, Policybazaar.com, etc as he led the team that scripted the success story of these brands, right from their inception.
Out of these 24 years in advertising, for over four years, Anand has successfully lead the Creative team at Tribal DDB India, India’s most awarded digital agency, and led them to various pitch and award wins.

Another aspect of Anand’s profile is his keen interest in directing ad films. Over the last nine years, Anand has directed several ad films for various clients. Some of the brands that he has directed films for include Bingo, Boomer, AMFI - Mutual Fund Sahi Hai, Tata Sky, ICICI, Hotstar, Suzuki, Big Bazaar, RIN, OYO, Symphony Air Coolers, Finolex, Brook Bond Red Label, Nirma Advance, Benadryl, Anchor, Sony, Mstock, Country Delight, Pril, Star TV and many more.

Sunila
A veteran communications specialist, as a writer, Sunila has over 24 years of experience in Advertising and Brand Communications. She has written for brands like Coke, Cadbury, Nirma, Anchor Group, ICICI, Tata Sky, PVR Cinemas, Pilsbury, Paisabazaar.com, just to name a few. She was on the jury panel of the FOX GLOVE AWARDS in 2019.
Sunila began with the prestigious Indian Express Group in their Online Division as a copywriter, when the Internet was in its nascent stages in India. She then moved on to online branding with Hungama and was a part of the core team handling Coca Cola and its various brands like Limca, Vanilla Coke as well as the evergreen Coke and Diet Coke. She won various awards for her work on Coke like the Abby Award for Digital Innovation and PMAA award for Digital Excellence at Singapore.
With Boing, she is not only the show-runner but also the core member of the brand team, which launched the immensely successful Nirma Advance brand as well as GreatWhite switches, from the erstwhile Anchor Electricals Group.
Her first full length feature film (as a story and screenwriter) was released in October 2022. Her second film is due for release in the year 2023.
