Navarro House and Foundation is a complex located in Antigua Guatemala.

The design revolves around taking advantage of the views and topography of the terrain, the volcanoes and the vegetation, creating a network of routes that connect the program. It has a private residence and a library area, classrooms, cafeteria and orchard.

Navarro House has open spaces, varied heights, large windows and light entrances that connect the architecture with the outside, taking advantage of the views of the place, as well as the integration of the vegetation into the interiors.

Fire Station - Location: Route to Chimaltenango, el Tejar.

Guatemala.

This project consists of a fire station located in El Tejar on the CA1 West highway towards Chimaltenango. This locality was chosen to attend future accidents of the bypass to Chimaltenango.

The design is based on the speed, dynamism and energy that firefighters use in their work.

The station focuses on the functionality, proximity and immediate accessibility of the spaces, dividing it into three modules: service, apparatus bay and residence.

OLEA Boutique Hotel y Spa - Location: Puerto de San José, Escuintla.

OLEA is a Boutique Hotel and Spa located in Puerto de San José in order to create a relaxation area where the user can have new experiences with a combination of textures, colors, sensations and spaces; offering different options of stay and activities.

OLEA seeks to create a space of relaxation and freshness with views of the sea and the canal, taking advantage of the land with a longitudinal volumetry with covered steps to create spaces with shade and cool environments.

For the design process and architectural match, the relationship with the context and the typology of Mercado Sur 2 was taken into account so that the building was in dialogue with the area.

PASEO MURAL - Location: 6 avenue A. 20 street, zone 1. Guatemala City.

Paseo Mural is a mixed-use building located in the zone 1 in order to contribute to the revitalization of the 6th ave A. thus doing a set of routes, connections and passages to connect the streets and surrounding avenues.

Within the program, it is included: gastronomic market, passage, impression center and a rooftop bar.

MODULE SUBDIVISION

The building offers a varied program where the user has spaces with a longer stay than others, as well as different hours of activity, this allows the building to have a constant activity and flow of people.

EXPO CENTRO: Exhibition and Business Center

EXPO CENTRO is a Convention and Exhibition Center located in the current Parque de la Industria, zone 9. Guatemala City.

- Location: 8th street zone 9.

Guatemala City.

It seeks to create a dynamic space, with different commercial, executive and recreational activities in order to encourage the holding of industrial fairs and create an urban fabric to revitalize the area.

The proposal is composed by the main building, a s e c o n d a r y administrative office building, a museum of modern art, and the new design of the plaza and park.

For the architecture of the building, It was designed under the premise of looking for a main element that would encompass large spans.

A clean and contemporary proposal that reflects the new construction and design technologies that are to be influenced by the project.

NEW ENTRANCE UFM CAMPUS

Current Site. The aim is to fill in the areas without vegetation, join the 3 corner points and provide an urban space with shade.

The proposal is a design that creates an urban space located at the entrance to the Francisco Marroquín University This proposal is an installation that seeks to be an urban forest that gives life to the intersection.

The installation seeks to unite and create a meeting point, such as making the space an urban area and entrance portal to the University.

MODULE IDEA DEVELOPMENT

Urban Furniture Proposals for the intervention.

They are looking for a place with a fresh, colorful and diverse environment in living options.

LIGHTING

Proposal for lighting with bollards, vegetation lighting and the installation's own lighting

15.

BEACH HOUSE

For this space, the aim was to create a fresh and relaxed atmosphere in keeping with its beach surroundings. For that, fabrics such as linen and cotton combined with wood and rattan with metal and glass accents were selected.

A boho style was chosen with a palette of neutral colors between beige, caramel, gray and black that manage to harmonize the space creating a pleasant place.

PATINÁ Y PATINETA

Patiná y Patineta is a mobile proposal that has the vision of bringing recreational spaces to where there are none.

It is a little truck equipped to transform into a skating space, as well as offering the service of repair and sale of skateboards.
