Paseo Mural is a mixed-use building located in the zone 1 in order to contribute to the revitalization of the 6th ave A. thus doing a set of routes, connections and passages to connect the streets and surrounding avenues.
Within the program, it is included: gastronomic market, passage, impression center and a rooftop bar. For the design process and architectural match, the relationship with the context and the typology of Mercado Sur 2 was taken into account so that the building was in dialogue with the area.
MODULE SUBDIVISION
The building offers a varied program where the user has spaces with a longer stay than others, as well as different hours of activity, this allows the building to have a constant activity and flow of people.
