“MIDNIGHT WALK IN AN ENCHANTED FOREST” : Capsule Collection 21/22

A mini fashion collection inspired by the imagination of walking around the enchanted forest in the midnight, as a form of an escapism from the hustlebustle of modern everyday life. Highlighting its magical atmosphere, sometimes having an encounter with forest spirits, magical plants, animals, and mythical creatures. The goal is to evoke the inner child's imaginative dreams that are almost forgotten by busy grown ups.

WHITE DOSSIER White Project Inspired by White Artist

A project that aims to make 1 fashion piece (shirt/skirt), made of a white colored fabric with applied creative fabric, which is inspired by an artist’s white colored artwork. In this project I chose Carolyn Clayton (Cazamic), a UK-based independent artist, with her “Flower People” sculptures as my main inspiration. The final product is called Sunflower Puffy Sleeved Shirt, made of white CVC cotton, a cropped shirt that has a unique back detail.

PERSONAL UNIVERSE Woodland Cottages

Personal Universe Personal Universe or DNA Book is a presentation to understand and emphasize one’s taste and personality, also defining the target market. It is an endless research of one’s personal style and preferences.

The essence of the research is to produce what are called MOOD, THEME, or STORYBOARDS. In this project, I choose WOODLAND COTTAGES as my source of inspiration.

My own preference of the said woodland cottage refers to the romanticized interpretation of the serene, warm, and peaceful England cottage life. I often imagine if I can live in a woodland cottage and do slower activities there like reading vintage books, baking, gardening, having a tea time, crafting, writing letters and most importantly dancing under the sunlight in a wildflower fields behind the cottage.

Fashion illustrations made for a self-written short story titled “Celestria in NegeriPeri”.

The protagonist of the story is a quirky girl named Celestria, alongside with her best friend, Electric, a precious blue monkey with wings.

During her adventure in a magical place called NegeriPeri, she met a narcissist old witch named Madame Sabine who tried to kill Electric in order to get Electric’s heart. Sabine wants Electric’s heart because it can bring back her youth beauty.
