PENSION
In-Comm Training & Business Services Ltd operates a pension plan with Aviva for your benefit and in a way that meets our duty to automatically enrol and provide pensions for our employees.

Pensions might seem complicated, but the basic idea is a simple one. A pension is designed to provide you with money in retirement. You will have your own pension pot and have control over how much you contribute, where your money is invested and how you access your pot.
You are required to contribute at least 3% of your pensionable earnings into the plan every month. Pensionable earning are defined as your basic salary. Your contribution is taken from your pay after tax. The amount taken is reduced by basic-rate tax (20%) before being paid to Aviva. For example, a £20 contribution will be reduced to £16.
When your contribution is received by Aviva, the 20% basic-rate tax relief will be added back on to your contribution.
As long as you contribute at least 3%, In-Comm will also pay 7% of your pensionable earnings into the plan. You can contribute more than 3% but our contribution is capped at 7%.
We will enrol you into the plan automatically if you meet the conditions. However, you have the right to opt out of the plan. You will receive details of how to opt out from Aviva after you have been enrolled.
DEATH IN SERVICE

This is a non-contributory life insurance scheme that will pay a benefit if you were to die while you are included in our scheme. The scheme covers you for an amount equal to three times your salary. The lump-sum payment doesn’t usually form part of your estate, so it should be free of inheritance tax, and the premium is not classed as a benefit in kind, meaning you do not need to pay any additional taxes.
HOLIDAYS
You are entitled to 25 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays per holiday year (pro-rata for part tine). The holiday year runs from 1st January to 31st December. All holiday must be taken by the end of the calendar year in which it is accrued unless there are exceptional circumstances and other arrangements have been agreed in advance by your director. Any outstanding holiday entitlement not so taken is lost.
