Kathi (Bohan) Hlavac ’76 and her husband Bill became first time grandparents on Memorial Day to Hunter Grey Hlavac.
Lysa (Burrell) Molnar ’79 works at Archambault Insurance, Putnam CT and has received CT Magazine's 5 Star Insurance Customer Service and Satisfaction Award for the last 5 years. Dr. Mark Sanna’s ’79 latest book Break Through the Insanity: Embrace Positive Change in Business and Life was published in July. It is available in bookstores and on Amazon.com. Congratulations Mark!

Lynne (Wekerle) Stieger ’91 took her daughter Merrill on a "victory tour" after open heart surgery in April with one of her stops being to meet up with fellow IHS alumna Megan Mitchell ’10. Megan recently relocated to the Stieger's hometown of Cincinnati, OH to begin her new job as Weekend Morning Anchor/Reporter with the WLWT news team.

Erin Maguire ’93 is the founder of Natural Marketplace, LLC which recently celebrated nine years of doing business in New Milford. Erin opened one storefront in 2007 and was able to expand in 2013.
Melissa Lopes ’02, Alumni Association Class Rep., will marry Greg Haynes on August 27 at St. Peter’s Church in Danbury.
Bobby Plumb ’05 and his wife Kathleen welcomed the first child Jackson Thomas Plumb on May 13, 2016
Chelsie Rizzo ’08 and Michael Kaptein were engaged on Wednesday, April 6th and look to get married in the summer of 2017.

Jacquelyn (Sholtes) ’08 and Nicholas Vasquenza were married on June 18, 2016. Chelsie Rizzo ’08 was maid of honor, and Marina Salom ’08 was a bridesmaid. The two married at Saint Mary’s Church in Bethel and their wedding was photographed by Samantha Burkardt ’08.

Yiannis Kapetanopoulos ’09 opened The Iron Rail, a restaurant in New Milford, CT. Located on Railroad St. in the historical Thomas F. Young new Milford House, The Iron Rail serves All-American food in a wonderful atmosphere.
