Setting a new standard for sustainable, high-density housing The design responds thoughtfully to the surrounding context, zoning codes, and market needs, emphasizing flexibility, sustainability, and healthy living. Amenities such as a sensory garden promote active lifestyles, social connections, and mental stimulation. Outdoor spaces are integral to the design, offering areas for relaxation, recreation, and community engagement. The shared sensory gardens serve as outdoor classrooms, therapeutic spaces, and hubs for building relationships, fostering a strong sense of community
RANDOLPH COMMUNITY CENTRE
The Randolph Community Centre is a social hub located at 401 North Randolph Street, near East Side Willard Park, Indianapolis. It embraces socialization, recreational activities, personal development, societal development, and sustainability in relation to the site context. The development of this center emphasizes sustainability standards, community engagement, and the preservation of natural and historical wealth.The design aims to minimize the impact on humans and the environment by limiting the use of non-renewable resources and incorporating harmless materials This ensures a harmonious relationship between people, the building, and the environment.
