Welcome to ILC Peru 2010: Welcome to the ILC Experience! It´s with great honor that AIESEC in Peru brings to you the Iberoamerican Leadership Congress 2010, one of AIESECs main international event delivering to the IGN region leaderships an unique opportunity to improve skills, discuss issues and align with the global strategies . This year ILC takes place in Lima, Peru. More than 300 delegates from IGN and other regions will meet from the 13th – 19th of March, 2010 not only to experiencie one of the most intense international conferences but also to discover our country a magical spot which involves one of the richest biodiversities of Earth, incomparable cuisine and increible landscapes. Iberoamerican Leadership Congress, is the annual regional conference In which selected members of AIESEC in Latin American countries come together to build common strategies, acquire leadership tools and discuss issues relevant to their communities, developing strategic perspective not only regarding the association, but also about the challenges faced by their countries.

Special Events: Opening Ceremony The opening ceremony is one of the most significant events in this Iberoamerica Leadership Conference, during this time we will have the welcome speech and the opening session with important speakers. This conference will take in place in one of the most emblematic halls in the peruvian Congress.
Press Conference We will invite diverse communication media to present the event, as well as AIESEC and its current projects. Reporters will be able to make questions about the congress and AIESEC to different AIESEC members, among directors and alumni. This press conference seeks show AIESEC to media in order to increase positioning of the association in the country.
International Business Symposium This is a forum where Alumni will be able to interact with different professionals who will discuss about Latin-American reality, issues and current hot topics. This space provides Alumni with a platform to share their personal experiences and to give ideas and proposals to how Alumni can make an impact in our region.
Global Village The Global Village is a public fair full of presentations and cultural exposures that reflect the cultural diversity of the world as it reaffirms the inclusive nature of AIESEC. During this event we will have the participation of more than 300 foreign members and their respective embassies.
Alumni Recognition Dinner In the Alumni Gala Dinner, we will have the opportunity to award our more distinguished Alumni for their contribution to AIESEC.
Alumni Talk Show This is a space for alumni to interact with AIESEC members. Alumni from different countries shares anecdotes about their AIESEC experience and about their professional life after leaving the association. Through this session, we want that members take advantage of the knowledge and tools that Alumni can offer in order to use them in their current projects or in their professional life.
Peruvian Night In this event we will show to our international delegates the cultural richness of our country demonstrating them the value of our traditions, dances, ethnic music and our famous cuisine.
Gala Dinner & Excellence Awards In this event we will introduce AIESEC to the society, organizations and public sector. Also, we will recognize the best members and projects in the region and we will share the best success experiences lived during 2009. We will have important guests during this event.

ITINERARY: DAY 01: CUSCO
Arrival in Cusco and transfer to your hotel. Morning free to adapt to the altitude. Afternoon: guided tour to the Historical Center of Cusco and nearby ruins of de Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay.
DAY 02: VALLE SAGRADO DE LOS INCAS
A wonderful trip to de Sacred Valley of the Incas where you can visit the Indian market of Pisac and the archeological site of Ollantaytambo.
DAY 03: CUSCO – MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO
After breakfast, transfer to the train station to board the Backpacker train to visit the world-famous “Lost City of the Incas”, Machu Picchu. Arrival at Aguas Calientes where a bus takes you to the Machu Picchu citadel. Guided tour and lunch in a Local Restaurant in Aguas Calientes. In the afternoon, you return to Cusco on the same Vistadome train and transfer to your hotel. Overnight at the Hotel.
DAY 04: CUSCO – LIMA
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport to take your flight to Lima.

ITINERARY: DAY 01: LIMA - PARACAS - ICA Private transfer from Lima to Paracas. Upon arrival, motor boat excursion to the Ballestas Islands where you will have the opportunity to observe sea lions, penguins, pelicans and other birds in their natural habitat. In addition the tour will see the famous “Candelabro” an enigmatic drawing that is drawn on a mountain and that many believe may be related to the Nazca Lines. After the visit continue to the city of Ica to the Villa Jasmin Hotel. In the afternoon visit the Huacachina Lagoon and the Regional Museum of Ica. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 02: ICA - LIMA Breakfast at the hotel. Morning free for optional activities you may have. Afternoon transfer to Lima.
