During Infant Jesus Day our P&F ExecuSve of Vanessa Gai, Karen Holden and Giulia De Rizzo, coordinated the many volunteers with the cooking and distribuSon of hundreds of Sausage Sizzles for both the children and all our guests. We are very grateful for their enthusiasm and dedicaSon.
Last week it was also fantasSc to welcome so many Dads and father figures last Friday adernoon for prayer and ‘Donuts with Dad’. It was wonderful to see so many at this gathering to recognise and celebrate our families.
We very much look forward to connecSng with parents as they ajend i-Perform tomorrow, First Communion on Saturday and i-Show, i-Explain, iLearnt next week.

First Eucharist
On Saturday our Year Four students will receive the Eucharist for the first Sme. This is a very special Sme for the students, their families and their teachers.
Pope John Paul reminds us that we are all united through the Eucharist, that though we are many we share one bread. Bread is made up of many grains of wheat, but in the bread the difference between them is not apparent; likewise, we are joined to one another and united in Christ through the Eucharist. This weekend, with great excitement, we gather as families and as a faith community to celebrate our children as they receive the Eucharist for the first Sme.
The Sacramental Program is Family Focused, Parish Based and School Supported. We thank our Parish Priest, Fr Greg and our Assistant Principals Miss Melissa Myles and Mr Frank Colangelo and our teachers, Mrs Bell and Ms O’Neill who have spent many weeks organising the programme which has included daily lessons at school, a Commitment Mass, a Parent MeeSng, a visit to the Year 4 class from Fr Greg, a Parent and Child We also acknowledge and sincerely thank the Parish Sacramental Team, lead by Mrs Theresa Choo and supported by Mrs Sue Goodwin for their dedicaSon, effort, support and adaptability in preparing the students for this wonderful Sacrament and celebraSon.
We wish all the Year Four children and their families many blessings as they receive the Sacrament of the Eucharist for the first Sme on Saturday 10 September at 11.00am or 2.00pm.

iShow, iExplain, iLearnt
Next Monday 12 September 2022 we welcome parents to iShow, iExplain, iLearnt. This exciSng iniSaSve has been developed to provide another important opportunity to share the learning, achievements and progress of the children with their parents through Sme spent in the classroom.
iShow, iExplain, iLearnt supports our goal to conSnue to develop a community that fosters lifelong learning and an aitude which promotes achievement of full potenSal in an environment embedded in our Gospel values.

During each iShow, iExplain, iLearnt session the parents, children and the school come together to support,
