PHARMACY A CAREER DEVELOPING COURSE Introduction: In 15th to 17th century, the word “Pharma” was used firstly among world widely. Basically, the word Pharma is invented from Pharmacy. It is a branch of health sciences which covers compounding and dispersing of drugs to the patients. Most probably the objective of Pharmacy is to preserve and ensure the safety and effectiveness towards the use of drugs. D.Pharmacy (Diploma in Pharmacy) is a health science diploma based Pharmacy course for students of science stream (PCB, PCM & PCMB). The time duration for completing this course is 2 years in India. B.Pharmacy (Bachelor of Pharmacy) is a health science undergraduate degree course for the students of science stream. Infect is a job oriented program for making the strong carrier in Pharmacy field. The completion time duration this course is 4 years i.e. 8 semesters. The basic eligible criteria for B.Pharm admission in top pharmacy college in Greater Noida, India is min. 55% to 60% in higher secondary.
